Advancements in memory technology have positioned memristors at the forefront of non-volatile memory applications, necessitating precise control mechanisms to accurately program memristor cells to their respective states. This study delves into the utilization of a RISC-V processor and PWM generators to configure registers for analog conductance control of crossbar memristor array architecture for accurate voltage and current mode operations. The core contribution is the development of a flexible and efficient controlalgorithm specifically designed for RISC-V. A Universal Verification Methodology Framework (UVMF) testbench is employed to validate control signals, ensuring their accuracy prior to hardware implementation. Results indicate significant enhancements in control efficiency, underlining the potential for integrating RISC-V with memristor technology.

The pain and recovery of patients in clinical medical treatment has always been a highly valued problem. In the traditional pain management scenario, there are many huge consumption of manpower and time costs. With the expansion of medical scale, the introduction of efficient and reliable pain management system will bring great advantages to the resource management of hospitals. In this paper, an intelligent pain management system based on IoT technology is proposed. It breaks through the defect of poor patient feedback initiative caused by one-way flow of device data in the traditional Internet of Things scenario, opens up the three-party interaction channel of physician-device-patient, and puts forward an intelligent control system based on PID algorithm. The system can automatically control the parameters of the remote equipment to maintain the normal range. The emergence of this system greatly improves the subjective feedback experience of patients in the process of pain recovery, provides an effective reference for doctors to make diagnosis in a more timely manner, and at the same time greatly reduces the manual operation cost and the misoperation rate of equipment, making a certain contribution to the risk control of equipment in hospitals or medical institutions.

Stabilization of the stoichiometrical ratio of the reagents in the installation regulation is obligatory one for the process of the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production. automatic control algorithm for the technological plant provides choosing possible values of the regulation norms for the initial reagents. Taking into account the criteria of minimization of the residual sulphuric acid content in the waste gypsum, there is the possibility for choosing the optimal values from the installation regulation norms. On the base of the optimal algorithm of the technological process tested by the means of computer simulation, the norms for the feeding of the initial components and their mixing process for the production of the anhydrous gasiform hydrogen fluoride with the optimal components consumption and minimal content of the residual sulphuric acid in the waste gypsum were determined. Simultaneously, maintaining material balance of the initial and intermediate components of the technological process was provided. The metrological requirements on precision of initial components feeding were formulated, the requirements are provided by the selected actuator and its control system. The additional apparatus and the arrangement for measuring and control temperature of the reaction mass in a drum rotatable furnace were developed.
