To scientifically and reasonably assess the development level of China's new power system, this study first establishes an evaluation index system, with the main dimensions being "safety and reliability, flexibility and efficiency, friendly interaction, and low-carbon economy", comprising 11 primary indicators and 45 secondary indicators. The core of this research lies in the application of the comprehensive evaluation algorithm of the cloud model improved by the bayesian algorithm. Through the entropy weight-order relation method, specific weights are assigned to the index system. Using data from a certain province in China from 2021 as an example, the improved cloud model successfully determined the province's development level as "good to excellent" and proposed strategies for indicators with lower development levels. This validates the effectiveness and superiority of the cloud model improved by the bayesian algorithm in evaluating the development level of the new power system.

every year, there is significant growth in the Number of graduates molded by higher education institutions. the Number of graduates is increasing compared to the job openings in the market. Datamining is one of the numerous types of research from the dataset obtained from the Caraga state university cabadbaran campus. This study aimed to determine the correlation of BSIT grades to the employment alignment in it-related jobs using the bayesian algorithm of Caraga state university cabadbaran campus from 2015-to 2018. the study produces that the bayesian algorithm gathered 177 graduates from 2015-2018. Only 88.5 or 50% answered that they are working related to their field specialization in information technology and also already permanent employees. 72 or 40.688% of student graduates responded that they are working but not aligned in their field specialization but are permanent employees. There are, 10.17% resigned and still finding a new job, and they are also graduate students taking care of their babies. The study would help the students and university to increase the various aspect of education the student and see to it that they would yield quality education in the succeeding years.

E-Commerce data classification in the cloud environment based on bayesian algorithm

In the process of e-commerce transactions, a large amount of data will be generated, whose effective classification is one of current research hotspots. An improved feature selection method was proposed based on the characteristics of bayesian classification algorithm. Due to the long training and testing time of modern large-scale data classification on a single computer, a data classification algorithm based on Naive Bayes was designed and implemented on the Hadoop distributed platform. The experimental results showed that the improved algorithm could effectively improve the accuracy of classification, and the designed parallel bayesian data classification algorithm had high efficiency, which was suitable for the processing and analysis of massive data.

With the expansion of vocational education enrollment, the number of students has been increasing year by year, and the management of students' life and learning in school is particularly important. Especially in the distribution of annual financial aid, the previous approach was based on student applications and jurisdictional certificates, which made it difficult to understand the true situation of students, and effectively identifying impoverished students has become a hot research topic. This article designs and implements a student affairs management system based on data mining, which integrates data mining ideas into the impoverished student management module, achieving accuracy in identifying impoverished students and completing the identification and management of impoverished students. By collecting students' family background data, extracting key indicators, and then using bayesian algorithm to predict the impoverished students, the true impoverished students can be identified. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

The aim of this study is to realize radar emitter Identification with high-efficiency. In this article, an approach based on naive bayesian algorithm is introduced. For recognizing radar radiations, this paper utilizes Naive Bayes classifier for radar signal sorting, and selects the pulse parameters (direction of arrival, pulse width, pulse repetition frequency and radar frequency) as features for training the classifier. The paper also compares the method based on naive bayesian algorithm with the methods based on artificial neural network, K-means algorithm and support vector machine. The performance evaluation shows that naive Bayes classifier can achieve a high recognition accuracy, and the approach presented in this article is proved to be more efficient.

In order to improve the accuracy and maintenance efficiency of fault diagnosis for secondary loop in intelligent substation, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on improved bayesian algorithm. Firstly, the physical loop and virtual loop models of the secondary loop are established according to the SCD file, and their mapping relationship is established. Secondly, the set of suspicious fault components in the secondary loop is obtained according to the abnormal degree table of physical components. Then, the improved bayesian algorithm is used to evaluate the components in the set of suspicious fault components. Finally, the output of the bayesian algorithm is the bayesian anomaly degree of the suspicious fault components. The component with the highest bayesian anomaly degree is considered as the fault component. In order to detect the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed method, this paper conducts a fault diagnosis case and the diagnosis results demonstrate that the proposed diagnosis method can obtain good discriminant result.

Recursive bayesian algorithm for Identification of Systems with Non-uniformly Sampled Input Data

To identify systems with non-uniformly sampled input data, a recursive bayesian identification algorithm with covariance resetting is proposed. Using estimated noise transfer function as a dynamic filter, the system with colored noise is transformed into the system with white noise. In order to improve estimates, the estimated noise variance is employed as a weighting factor in the algorithm. Meanwhile, a modified covariance resetting method is also integrated in the proposed algorithm to increase the convergence rate. A numerical example and an industrial example validate the proposed algorithm.

Evaluation of a bayesian algorithm to Detect Burned Areas in the Canary Islands' Dry Woodlands and Forests Ecoregion Using MODIS Data

Burned Area (BA) is deemed as a primary variable to understand the Earth's climate system. Satellite remote sensing data have allowed for the development of various burned area detection algorithms that have been globally applied to and assessed in diverse ecosystems, ranging from tropical to boreal. In this paper, we present a bayesian algorithm (BY-MODIS) that detects burned areas in a time series of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) images from 2002 to 2012 of the Canary Islands' dry woodlands and forests ecoregion (Spain). Based on daily image products MODIS, MOD09GQ (250 m), and MOD11A1 (1 km), the surface spectral reflectance and the land surface temperature, respectively, 10 day composites were built using the maximum temperature criterion. Variables used in BY-MODIS were the Global Environment Monitoring Index (GEMI) and Burn Boreal Forest Index (BBFI), alongside the NIR spectral band, all of which refer to the previous year and the year the fire took place in. Reference polygons for the 14 fires exceeding 100 hectares and identified within the period under analysis were developed using both post-fire LANDSAT images and official information from the forest fires national database by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment of Spain (MAPAMA). The results obtained by BY-MODIS can be compared to those by official burned area products, MCD45A1 and MCD64A1. Despite that the best overall results correspond to MCD64A1, BY-MODIS proved to be an alternative for burned area mapping in the Canary Islands, a region with a great topographic complexity and diverse types of ecosystems. The total burned area detected by the BY-MODIS classifier was 64.9% of the MAPAMA reference data, and 78.6% according to data obtained from the LANDSAT images, with the lowest average commission error (11%) out of the three products and a correlation (R-2) of 0.82.
