Performance evaluation method of human resource management based on chaotic algorithm

This paper proposes a new method of HR management performance evaluation based on chaotic algorithm. First, to improve the evaluation performance as the research goal, design the guiding principles of evaluation. Second, under the guidance of the principle, the multi type data of HR management are collected, and the chaotic algorithm is used to extract the characteristics of the data. Finally, after constructing the index system, calculate the weight and construct the evaluation function to complete the overall management performance evaluation. The test results show that the evaluation performance of the method has been improved. On the basis of shortening the evaluation time, the evaluation accuracy has been improved to 97.68%. Optimizing the operations of a multi-reservoir systems are complex because of their larger dimension and convexity of the problem. The advancement of soft computing techniques not only overcomes the drawbacks of conventional techniques but also solves the complex problems in a simple manner. However, if the problem is too complex with hardbound variables, the simple evolutionary algorithm results in slower convergence and sub-optimal solutions. In evolutionary algorithms, the search for global optimum starts from the randomly generated initial population. Thus, initializing the algorithm with a better initial population not only results in faster convergence but also results in global optimal solution. Hence in the present study, chaotic algorithm is used to generate the initial population and coupled with genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the hydropower production from a multi-reservoir system in India. On comparing the results with simple GA, it is found that the chaotic genetic algorithm (CGA) has produced slightly more hydropower than simple GA in fewer generations and also converged quickly.

The use of information technology based on dynamic chaos for the generation of random electronic messages is considered. Q the basis of nonlinear systems with dynamic chaos are developed and investigated chaotic algorithms with high reliability of data mining The complexity and correlation characteristics of random electronic messages are investigated. For the functioning of generators of random electronic messages, algorithms are developed, the work of which is modeled on chaotic cards, which are determined on a limited interval in multidimensional dynamic space.

In this paper, based on the RBF neural networks and the deterministic and nonlinear characterization of chaotic time series, the adaptive RBF neural network filtering predictive model based on chaotic algorithm is proposed to make prediction of chaotic time series. The predictive model of chaotic time series is established with the adaptive RBF neural networks and the steps of the chaotic learning algorithm are expressed. The network system can enhance the stabilization and associative memory of chaotic dynamics and generalization ability of predictive model even by imperfect and variation inputs during the learning and prediction process by selecting the suitable nonlinear feedback term. The model is tested for the chaotic time series which venerated with Lorentz system by on-line method. The experimental and simulating results indicated that the adaptive RBF neural network filtering predictive model has a good adaptive prediction performance and can be successfully used to predict chaotic time series.

Given a nonnegative, irreducible matrix P of spectral radius unity, there exists a positive vector π such that π = πP. If P also happens to be stochastic, then π gives the stationary distribution of the Markov chain that has state-transition probabilities given by the elements of P. This paper gives an algorithm for computing π that is particularly well suited for parallel processing. The main attraction of our algorithm is that the timing and sequencing restrictions on individual processors are almost entirely eliminated and, consequently, the necessary coordination between processors is negligible and the enforced idle time is also *** certain mild and easily satisfied restrictions on P and on the implementation of the algorithm, x(.), the vectors of computed values are proved to converge to within a positive, finite constant of proportionality of π. It is also proved that a natural measure of the projective distance of x(.) from π vanishes geometrically fast, and at a rate for which a lower bound is given. We have conducted extensive experiments on random matrices P, and the results show that the improvement over the parallel implementation of the synchronous version of the algorithm is substantial, sometimes exceeding the synchronization penalty to which the latter is always subject.

Mill is acknowledged as main crushing equipment in the ore dressing and smelting process. In addition, the mill load is considered as one of the critical parameters during the operation of crushing equipments. In light of complexity, nonlinearity and uncertainty of the mill load control, an improved neural network control strategy based on chaotic particle swarm optimization was proposed. To realize the quick and accurate control of mill load, the neural network weight was optimized using the chaotic particle swarm, furthermore, the slower BP neural network convergence rate and larger probability to fall into minimum value were improved. Ultimately, the simulation results indicated that the control performance such as stability of mill load control was obviously improved using the proposed strategy.

Voice communication is an important need in daily activities whether delivered with or without technology. Telecommunication technology has accommodated this need by providing a wide range of infrastructure, including large varieties of devices used as intermediary and end devices. One of the cellular technologies that is very widely used by the public is GSM (Global System for Mobile), while in the military, trunked radio is still popular. However, the security systems of GSM and trunked radio have limitations. Therefore, this paper proposes a platform to secure voice data over wireless mobile communication by providing end-to-end encryption. This platform is robust to noise, real-time and remains secure. The proposed encryption utilizes multicircular permutations rotated by expanded keys as dynamic keys to scramble the data. We carry out simulations and testbed implementation to prove that application of the proposed method is feasible.

Fuzzy C-Means is a well-known fuzzy clustering technique. Although FCM can cover the uncertainty problem by forming overlapping clusters, it involves issues such as sensitivity to noise and outliers, the fuzzification parameter m, and the initial guess of cluster centers. There are various improvements made to FCM to tackle these limitations. One such extension, FCOM, has proved to be an efficient method for handling noise and outliers. However, it still suffers from the last two ones. In the present paper, inspired by FCOM, a new model is designed to solve these issues. Whereas varying the degree of fuzziness m leads to different clusters, determining the appropriate value optimizes solutions. However, manually tuning this parameter can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with large data sets. To mitigate the dependence on this parameter, the proposed model utilizes the entropy theory to control the uncertainty associated with the input data. Extensive evaluations are conducted on benchmark datasets to analyze the impact of m on cluster formation and clustering results. The competitive results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model for handling fuzziness degree and its capability to accelerate convergence to optimal solutions. Moreover, the results show that the proposed model discovers vague boundaries precisely.
