The progressive education department in creating nations, including Zanzibar, is experiencing the issue of conveying dimension of the data and interchanges innovation. Technology like cloud computing encourages educating, learning, what's more, on motion exercising, which is essential for instructive necessities. Based on these difficulties the study attempts to find those challenges in implementing the cloud computing adoption model to Zanzibar's universities such as SUZA and ZU to overcome the existing problems. In the effort of identifying those challenges the study proposes a special model named as ITOETAM to break down different challenges and precise complications faced by SUZA and ZU in implementing clouding system. The model validated via an online survey of 84 respondents from students, lecturers and staff of Zanzibar's universities (SUZA and ZU), partial least squares demonstrating (PLS-SEM) led to affirm the cloud computing adoption model (ITOETAM) measurements. The model consists of five constructs named CCAM, IEF, TF, OF, and EF, where all were significant to CCAM with T-value more than 1.98 and p-value less than 0.05 for example, (IEF beta=0.709), TF beta=0.596), and EF beta=-0.317)) have proven the proper challenges of cloud computing adoption model at university level in Zanzibar's universities except OF beta=0.027) which rejecting the model. The rejected factors were due to the size is big enough and not considered as matter, also the age of the institution is too long since they start providing services. Based on validation of measurement and structural model test, the study found that data security and risk among technological factors, peer pressure and government regulation categorized as environmental factors, privacy and management as internal-external factors proved as a statistical significant challenge in implementing the cloud computing adoption model to the higher educational entity especially SUZA and ZU. This paper reports on quantification and management of inherent systemic risk/performance tradeoff in the cloud computing model. We view cloud as a Complex System and associate the systemic risks with a possibility of system phase transition to the undesirable persistent state. Our analysis under mean-field and fluid approximations suggests a shift in cloud architecture design and operation paradigm from maximizing the economic benefits to management and optimization of the inherent systemic risk/benefit tradeoffs. We argue that economics makes this tradeoff more pronounced by driving cloud service providers towards the boundary of the operational regime, and thus increasing risk of overload when the system does not have sufficient capacity for sustaining the exogenous demand.

This paper is devoted to the cloud computing model and the opportunities and challenges connected with its utilization by business organizations, including the most significant issues related to the cloud migration strategy. It is composed of five parts. In the first, some facts concerning cloud computing as a new technology and the reasons for organizations using this type of computing model are provided. Next, the notion of cloud computing is briefly defined and the most significant opportunities and possibilities linked with cloud-based solutions are presented and discussed. The following part is focused on the analysis of the most important problems and challenges connected with the cloud computing model. The penultimate part of the paper deals with the issues connected with the cloud migration strategy, focusing on the most important elements. In the final part of the paper, the most significant conclusions and suggestions are offered.

In order to achieve the fairness of data distribution and improve the throughout and transmission rate, the cloud computing model based on multiservice access dynamic detection was researched. First, the fundamental of cloud computing is analysis. Second, the current average dynamic change date based on the date geometry window variable is proposed, and then the dynamic date distribution algorithm is deduced based on current average dynamic change geometry window variable. Finally, combined the multiservice assess, the cloud computing model is obtained based on the dynamic date detection algorithm.

Traditional parametric models of solid mechanics have disadvantages such as poor lightweight level of cloud data and low integrity of operations of solid mechanics. To solve the above problems, a parametric model for solid mechanics in engineering research based on cloud computing models is designed. By calculating the number of cloud data copy optimizations, the upper limit of resources required for engineering research is estimated, and the specific values is assessed by continuously cycling the demand, so as to complete the basic conflict analysis, and set up a cloud computing engineering research environment. On this basis, the modeling index is selected. By analyzing the sensitivity of the index, the purpose of optimizing the modeling parameters is achieved, and a new solid mechanics parametric model is constructed. Analyzing and contrasting the experimental data shows that after applying the parametric model of solid mechanics in the engineering research based on the cloud computing model, the lightweight level of cloud data can be increased by up to 24 levels, and the operational integrity of solid mechanics can be increased by about 30%.

The major benefits of the emerging cloud computing infrastructure include elimination of the fixed cost and reduction in the marginal cost for the users due to the economy of scale and dynamic resource sharing. This paper argues that these unquestionable economic benefits of dynamic resource sharing are inherently associated with systemic risks and drawbacks. This possibility necessitates shift in cloud architecture design and operation paradigm from maximizing the economic benefits to managing and optimization of the inherent systemic risk/benefit tradeoffs. This paper is a first step towards exposure and quantification of inherent tradeoffs involving system economic efficiency and systemic risk of cascading overload in the cloud model of shared resources.
