A Retrievable Data Perturbation Method Used in Privacy-Preserving in Cloud Computing

With the increasing popularity of cloud computing,privacy has become one of the key problem in cloud *** data is outsourced to the cloud,for data owners,they need to ensure the security of their privacy;for cloud service providers,they need some information of the data to provide high QoS services;and for authorized users,they need to access to the true value of *** existing privacy-preserving methods can't meet all the needs of the three parties at the same *** address this issue,we propose a retrievable data perturbation method and use it in the privacy-preserving in data outsourcing in cloud *** scheme comes in four ***,an improved random generator is proposed to generate an accurate "noise".Next,a perturbation algorithm is introduced to add noise to the original *** doing this,the privacy information is hidden,but the mean and covariance of data which the service providers may need remain ***,a retrieval algorithm is proposed to get the original data back from the perturbed ***,we combine the retrievable perturbation with the access control process to ensure only the authorized users can retrieve the original *** experiments show that our scheme perturbs date correctly,efficiently,and securely.

High-performance computing in the cloud environment uses ample virtual resources, which in turn require physical infrastructures provided by cloud service providers (CSPs). Naturally, CSPs would like to place virtual machines (VM) in a cost-effective way satisfying the resource requirement of the VMs and the capacity constraints of the hosts. Such consideration has led to the well known virtual machine placement (VMP) problem. In this paper, we consider a variant of the VMP, taking into account the communication among the VMs. We introduce the concept of Virtual Cluster, made up of VMs communicating among themselves. It is desirable to place the VMs of a cluster close to each other and thus reduce the communication cost. The objective for the Virtual Cluster Placement (VCP) problem is to reduce the communication cost. For this, we have to consider the network topology of the data center. In this paper, we have proposed some heuristics for both kinds of placement problems (VMP as well as VCP) and given Integer Linear Programming (ILP) formulations. We have also presented algorithms based on Semidefinite Programming (SDP) and meta-heuristic based on Genetic Algorithms. We have compared the performance of proposed heuristics with other existing works and the optimal solutions obtained from ILPs.

5G commercialized mobile networks are expected to arrive in 2020. Key research of 5G is to support massive applications with spectral efficiency (SE) and low energy consumption. However, how to manage limited spectrum for such a massive services demand is a challenge in 5G. To cope with the challenge, new network architectures with dynamic spectrum sharing are needed. This paper proposes a new intelligent cloud-based radio access network (ICB-RAN) architecture for dynamic 5G radio resource management. This study also develops a new multi-agent learning cloud assisted double auction (MLCADA) mechanism for dynamic spectrum reusability. Finally, experiment results verify the performance of the proposed approach.

Traditional machine-learning algorithms are struggling to handle the exceedingly large amount of data being generated by the internet. In real-world applications, there is an urgent need for machine-learning algorithms to be able to handle large-scale, high-dimensional text data. Cloud computing involves the delivery of computing and storage as a service to a heterogeneous community of recipients, Recently, it has aroused much interest in industry and academia. Most previous works on cloud platforms only focus on the parallel algorithms for structured data. In this paper, we focus on the parallel implementation of web-mining algorithms and develop a parallel web-mining system that includes parallel web crawler; parallel text extract, transform and load （ETL） and modeling; and parallel text mining and application subsystems. The complete system enables variable real-world web-mining applications for mass data.

Solving Dynamic Spectrum Management Problem Based on Cloud Computing Using Genetic Algorithm

With the rapid development of wireless sensor network （WSN）, the demands of limited radio frequency spectrum rise sharply, thereby dealing with the frequency assignment of WSN scientifically and efficiently becomes a popular topic. To improve the frequency utilization rate in WSN, a spectrum management system for WSN combined with cloud computing technology should be considered. From the optimization point of view, the study of dynamic spectrum management can be divided into three kinds of methods, including Nash equilibrium, social utility maximization, and competitive economy equilibrium. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm based approach to allocate the power spectrum dynamically. The objective is to maximize the sum of individual Shannon utilities with the background interference and crosstalk consideration. Compared to the approach in [1], the experimental result shows better balance between efficiency and effectiveness of our approach.

In the cloud computing environment, with the complex network environment, the virtualization platform faces many security problems. At the same time, trusted computing can greatly enhance the architecture security of virtualization platform systems, but there are many problems when trusted computing is deployed directly in the cloud environment. Therefore, this paper proposes a trusted virtual machine model based on high-performance cipher coprocessor to solve the security problems such as the isolation and insufficient performance of virtual TPM(vTPM) on the existing virtual platform. In this model, virtio technology was used to realize the virtualization of TPM, and a management architecture was designed to manage the life cycle of vTPM. The analysis shows that the model can complete the isolation of vTPM, and protect the security of v TPM during the migration process through the migration control server, and can strengthen the security of the virtualization platform. Finally, the simulation results show that the model is more feasible and suitable for cloud platform than hardware TPM.

Cloud computing is an emerging technology has grown a lot for virtualization and provides many services over the internet such as software as a service, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and many more services which reduce the cost expenses and operating expenses. Now by using these services, data can store online in the cloud, then automatically a security concern will arise about data. Many protection techniques have been proposed till now. The best options available is encrypting the data before storing in third party cloud database and again decrypt the data after retrieving from the cloud. We introduce a more economical and robust encryption technique which allows a third-party cloud server to shield user data more expeditiously.

This paper proposes a new software for separation of skin lesion based on cloud computing. The objective of this system is to provide electronic services for initial dermatologic detections based on electronic function principles accessible at all times, all spaces, while being accurate, fast and low cost applicable by observing the security and confidentiality principles. The conducted assessments regarding the accuracy of the system's detections, applicability and user satisfaction indicate success with 89% in detection accuracy and 89% user satisfaction with respect to the systems usability, accessibility, easiness, response time and detection accuracy. The response time of the server in operation in the(3G) mobile phones is 5.45 seconds which is acceptable and appropriate as far as medical diagnosis is concerned.

The goal of resource allocation is to allocate the optimal resource to the candidate tasks, so that all the tasks can be finished in less time and the users' demands can be satisfied. To have better performance on the time span,CPU usage ratio and the load balance compared with existed methods, it proposes an allocation method that can map the tasks to the resources effectively,where an optimal allocation program will be generated. Firstly, the resource allocation model for tasks was proposed and the goal function was ***, the deep Q-learning algorithm was defined to get an optimal allocation program, and the algorithm was analyzed in detail. The experiment was implemented to verify the proposed method. The simulation experiments prove that the method in this paper can effectively implement task scheduling, which has the advantages of high CPU utilization, short scheduling time and strong load balancing ability.
