In this paper, it has introduced cluster analysis of data mining algorithms in detail. Hierarchical clustering and partitioning method are emphasized. The principles of mathematics are elaborated. The monitoring system of water environment is composed of data collection, data transmission, data storage and data reasoning components. cluster analysis applies to the data storage behavior. With the analysis, the key elements determining the water quality level are modeled easily. The modeling tools has created good quality information module, defining classes and attributes. It has reduced the database storage, analysis workload and prepared for effective ontology analysis.

Wireless sensor networks are prone to partitioning because of limited energy in sensor nodes. In this paper, a new cluster algorithm will be proposed in order to use the energy more effectively and prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. Firstly, to reduce the energy consumption during the cluster building, the parameters such as node energy, distances between nodes and the numbers of neighbor nodes are used in the stages of cluster heads selection and clusters building to balance the load distribution. Also the conditions are set to induce the frequency of cluster rebuilding. And then the data transmission path between intra-cluster and inter-cluster are set. At last, to solve the problem of the delay bringing by multiple hops transmission, TDMA schedule is also reset. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can not only effectively reduce the frequency of network reconstruction, but also can balance energy consumption and prolong the lifetime of the networks

The clustering technology is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The existing cluster algorithm for WSNs in group mobile model takes insufficient consideration of the application of its group characteristic. In this paper, a link stability-based cluster algorithm of WSNs, referred to as LSBC, is put forward. This algorithm allows the predication of residual lifetime by using the age of link and the expected residual lifetime is adopted as a parameter to measure the link stability. The nodes at the two ends of the link with higher stability are classified as one cluster from which the cluster head is selected. This algorithm takes effective advantage of the nodes' mobility. And the simulation result shows that this algorithm, compared with other algorithms, can achieve a better performance in group mobile model.

The noise data results from two aspects, technically, different mobile phones traveling on different roads may generate the same handover sequence;operationally, signal error in mobile communication network possibly causes wrong handover information. Second, four types of noise data are summarized, that is wrong sample data from signal error, passenger cell phone sample noise data beside roads, vehicle cell phone sample ones between parallel and overlapping roads. Third, hierarchy and K means cluster algorithms are applied with SPSS software for the collected sample data cleaning based on real handover data by try and trial to produce link travel speed, which is compared with practical traffic situation. Finally, historic loop data is used as the baseline to evaluate the accuracy compared with cleaned results.

The lightning clustering algorithm for spaceborne lightning observations clusters events into flash products and plays a crucial role in lightning-related research. This paper modified the lightning clustering algorithm based on the routine algorithm of Lightning Mapping Imager (LMI) and applied it to lightning events recorded by the LMI in 2019 to study the flash duration and flash area and specially to reveal the extreme lightning. To reveal the temporal and spatial features of lightning, the MCA (modified cluster algorithm) flash products defined flash duration and flash area. The results showed that continental regions have higher lightning frequencies but smaller events per flash, flash durations and flash areas than the ocean. The Tibetan Plateau has a low lightning frequency and smaller flash duration and area than eastern China. The flash count, events per flash, flash duration and flash area are higher during nighttime than during daytime. The relationship between flash duration and flash area showed distinct regional differences. In the MCA flash product, about 0.6% (0.1%) flashes have duration (area) that exceeds 1.0 s (5,000 km 2 ). Finally, we analyzed two extreme lightning cases in eastern China, where the longest flash duration was 4.748 s and the largest flash area was 17,100 km 2 . This research contributes to advancing our understanding in the features of space-based lightning in the Eastern Hemisphere and applications to convection study.

In this paper, it is framed a model of RBF neural network (RBFNN) to solve identification of nonlinear systems. First, it is proposed a kind of optimal selection cluster algorithm. By this algorithm, it is optimally gained the hidden layer node number of RBFNN in terms of input samples. At the same time, it is obtained the initial parameters values of RBF. Then, it is estimated the parameters value of RBF by gradient algorithm with momentum terms, and identified the weights of RBFNN by recursive least square algorithm. With the above two algorithms, it is alternately iterated. By the above hybrid algorithms, it is not only raised identification precision of RBFNN, but also improved generalization property of the net. It is proved the validity of the scheme by its applications.

cluster-labeling algorithms that use a single GPU can be roughly divided into direct and two-stage approaches. To date, both types use an iterative method to compare the labels of nearest-neighbor sites. In this paper, I present a GPU-based cluster-labeling algorithm that does not use conventional iteration. The proposed method is applicable to both direct algorithms and two-stage approaches. Under the proposed approach, only one comparison with the nearest-neighbor site is needed for a two-dimensional (2D) system, and just two comparisons are needed for three-dimensional (3D) systems. As an application of the new cluster-labeling algorithm, I consider the Swendsen-Wang (SW) multi-cluster spin flip algorithm. The performance of the proposed method is compared with that of other cluster-labeling algorithms for the SW multi-cluster spin flip problem using the 2D and 3D Ising models. As a result, the computation time of the new algorithm is shown to be 40% faster than that of the previous algorithm for the 2D Ising model, and 20% faster than that of the previous algorithm for the 3D Ising model at the critical temperature. We present cluster Monte Carlo algorithms for the XYZ quantum spin models. In the special case of S=1/2, the new algorithm can be viewed as a cluster algorithm for the 8-vertex model. As an example, we study the S = 1/2 XY model in two dimensions with a representation in which the quantization axis lies in the easy plane. We find that the numerical autocorrelation time for the cluster algorithm remains of the order of unity and does not show any significant dependence on the temperature, the system size, or the Trotter number. On the other hand, the autocorrelation time for the conventional algorithm strongly depends on these parameters and can be very large. The use of improved estimators for thermodynamic averages further enhances the efficiency of the new algorithms.
