As the core link and an important content, credit risk assessment plays vital special role for moderate operation of commercial banks. It is important to work out credit risk assessment model of commercial banks. A system of credit risk assessment which contains five aspects including 25 indicators is proposed. Based on establishment of credit risk assessment model, empirical analysis is carried out. The result shows this model has high accuracy of predication, better reliability and strong assessment ability.

Android mobile operating system has well developed and gained absolute popularity among user. Although android is an open source operating system, it fits user daily life requirement nowadays. However, this is the reason why android malware keep on increasing every year. There are various method used to detect the occurrence of android malware such as based on static or dynamic analysis. Static analysis is favourable approach because it is quick and inexpensive. However, the static analysis unable to monitor the malicious application behavior during runtime. Therefore, we proposed a dynamic detection technique based on network traffic which records the application behavior during runtime. We consider seven network traffic features extracted from Drebin and Contagiodumpset dataset. The Drebin dataset achieved higher accuracy value with 98.4% as compared to Contagiodumpset dataset when tested using J48 decision tree algorithm.

Aiming at the status quo of substation monitoring system with large number of graphics, high cost of drawing labor, and difficulty of manual adjustment after drawing, this paper proposes a method to analyze the mapping behavior of monitoring system based on a large amount of monitoring system interval mapping data accumulated in different regions in the engineering practice, establishes a self-learning corrective mechanism by combining with the analysis of the mapping behavior, and adopts the decision tree algorithm to train and learn the model and generate the training model based on the trained model and combined with the automatic mapping technology. The decision tree algorithm is used to train and learn the model of each region and generate the training model. Based on the trained model and combined with the automatic mapping technology, the interval maps of the monitoring system are automatically generated according to the characteristics of the region and the behavioral characteristics, and the actual engineering test proves that the method researched in this paper has the effect of enhancing the automation application of the automatic mapping of the monitoring system, which greatly reduces the workload of the on-site engineers, and at the same time, the training and selection of the model do not affect the implementation of on-site engineering. At the same time, the model training and selection are carried out under the condition of not affecting the implementation of on-site engineering, which improves the efficiency of engineering production under the condition of meeting the accuracy and practicality, and solves the problem of drawing interval diagrams for substation monitoring system under the huge data and differentiated needs of users.

In some hospitals, it is often seen that because there are more patients and fewer doctors, the attending doctor often rushes between the patient's wards to query the patient's physiological data, or the nurse is responsible for recording the patient's physiological data and reporting it to the doctor. The work is very labor-intensive, and the data seen by the doctor is not real-time data, so the judgment of the patient's condition is not real-time and effective. To this end, this paper develops a medical big data statistical management system, which collects, counts, and stores patients' medical information in the system's management database for centralized management and facilitates query. For the storage of medical big data(BD), this paper uses a distributed cache framework to store medical data information, and implements distributed data processing through the C4.5 algorithm of the decision tree(DT) algorithm. The experimental results of large-scale(LC) medical data processing based on the C4.5 algorithm are also The data processing efficiency of the algorithm is illustrated, which provides great convenience for medical data management.

To prove that the efficiency of the decision tree algorithm is high compared with SVM algorithm for novel classification of Brain Tumor MRI Images. Materials And Methods: A total of 274 Brain Tumor MRI images are collected and samples are divided into training dataset (n=191 [70%]) and test dataset (n=83[30%]). Novel classification of MRI Images is performed by decision tree algorithm and SVM algorithm. Results and Discussion : Brain Tumor MRI images are classified to extract the quantitative information by using decision tree algorithm and attained accuracy of 97 % and SVM algorithm got 89%. decision tree algorithm and SVM algorithm are statistically significant with the independent sample T-Test value (plt;0.05). The results proved that the decision tree algorithm has better efficiency over the SVM algorithm in classification of Brain Tumor MRI images.

Nowadays various types of satellite data are available which have different spectral bands. These spectral bands have special characteristics to interact with particular targets. Therefore, it is also important to use these bands efficiently. The prime objective of this paper is to identify the various land cover classes namely bare soil, moist soil, urban, tall vegetation, short vegetation, pasture, water with sentinel-2 data. The task takes up a challenging edge because various classes among the aforementioned list have characteristic similarities making it cumbersome to classify them effectively with different bands of sentinel-2 data. The classes like urban and bare soil, short vegetation and pasture, tall vegetation and short vegetation, moist soil and bare soil have similarities in their respective characteristics in different bands of the sentinel-2 and are often referred as mixed classes. For this purpose, 10 bands of sentinel-2 were used and results were compared with commonly used techniques like support vector machine. It is observed that the proposed statistical based decision tree algorithm with 10 bands of sentinel-2 has good capability to segregate pastures and moist soil as well as other classes with good accuracy.

This paper has conducted a study on the applications of track and field equipment training based on ID3 algorithm of decision tree model. For the selection of the elements used by decision tree, this paper can be divided into track training equipment, field events training equipment and auxiliary training equipment according to the properties of track and field equipment. The decision tree that regards track training equipment as root nodes has been obtained under the conditions of lowering computation cost through the selection of data as well as the application and optimization of ID3 algorithm model.

This paper presents the capability of a decision tree algorithm to realize a data-driven resistance spot welding (RSW) weldability prediction. Although RSW provides commendable advantages, such as low cost and high speed/high volume operations, the RSW processes are often inconsistent and these significant inconsistencies are a well-known reliability issue. RSW process and data challenges including inconsistency often hinder the utilization of the data-driven weldability prediction. In this paper, we apply a decision tree algorithm on the RSW dataset collected from an automotive OEM to plot regression trees and to extract decision rules for the weld nugget width prediction. With three RSW test datasets, we conclude that the decision trees help in predicting the nugget width and in determining the impact of design and process parameters to the nugget width response variable. There have been foreign investors' withdrawal or transference, to a great extent, in lots of domestic regions since the financial crisis. Is the withdrawal of foreign capital subject to the financial crisis or a given stage of the Chinese economy development? Does the financial crisis play the same impacts on the different types of foreign capitals withdrawal? These issues are discussed in this paper. We define the divestment as expansionary divestment and adaptable divestment, and divide the foreign capitals into the manufacturing type, R&D type and operating type. We emphatically discuss how to use the data mining to analyze these problems. The principle and process are described in detail. Especially, a grey correlation degree based decision tree algorithm is applied to find out the classification rules, which help the government to make strategies to guard against foreign capital withdrawal.
