With the rapid development and popularization of mobile Internet in recent years, security issues have become increasingly prominent. Based on the mobile Internet, this paper studies the security issues caused by abnormal users for users, mobile devices, and social network service platforms. Aiming at the needs of users for detecting abnormal network behaviors in a real-time network environment, this paper designs and implements a data-based Layered network abnormal behavior detection system. The system is divided into a data acquisition module, a data conversion module, a rule editing module, an anomaly detection module, and a detection result visualization module.

To solve the problem that it is difficult to detect the failure-type hardware Trojan, this paper selects the failure-type hardware Trojan as the research subjects, putting forward the detection principles of failure-type hardware Trojan based on state transition diagram. It also designs and realizes the detection algorithm as well as provides the relative demonstrations of its correctness. The experiment testing shows that the proposed detection algorithm can effectively check out the hardware Trojan in the combinational logic and timing logic hardware chips, with a detection accuracy of 100% ideally, actual success rate of 92.8% and false retrieval rate of 7.14%.

The existing detection algorithms have the problem of fuzzy characteristics of concrete bridge cracks, resulting in long main body iteration time. An unsupervised detection algorithm of concrete bridge cracks in complex environment based on digital image is designed. The spatial domain image is collected and transformed into a new gray value according to the mapping relationship. The digital image identifies the complex environment type, refines the crack edge in the image, obtains the crack characteristics of concrete bridges, measures the extension degree of cracks, and uses the principal component analysis method to set an unsupervised detection model. Experimental results: the designed unsupervised detection algorithm for concrete bridge cracks in complex environment and the main iterative time mean of the other two detection algorithms are 51.619s, 72.790s and 75.044s, which proves that the detection algorithm integrating digital image technology has higher performance.

The effectiveness of the measurement method of human exercise energy consumption based on accelerometer has been confirmed by research institutes in recent years. Aiming at the shortcomings of the accuracy of existing algorithms for human calorie consumption, this article aims at the importance of the detection of stoop activity energy expenditure (SAEE), a new system of detection SAEE based on AHRS transducer was presented. With collecting and analyzing data, a method for calculating the motion parameters and a new algorithm of detection SAEE was developed. The experimental results prove that the algorithm can accurately estimate bending energy consumption, and the accuracy can reach 84%. It has certain reference value for bending energy consumption calculation.

For the 6th generation (6G) communications, the interference exploitation generated from a growing number of intelligent factors with ultra scale is great challenge for the low complexity detection algorithms in the uplink multiuser massive multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) systems, especially for detecting high order quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) signals. The deep learning technology is one of the key technical solutions for 6G. In this paper, a deep neural network based semidefinite relaxation (DNNSR) detection algorithm is proposed on the basis of the graphical detection model for uplink multiuser massive MIMO systems. Compared with the counterpart detection algorithms, along with a low polynomial average per symbol computational complexity, the proposed DNNSR detection algorithm requires lower average received signal to noise ratios to obtain better bit error rate performance as well as achieve theoretical spectral efficiency for graphical high order QAM signals in the uplink multiuser massive MIMO systems.

The ARP protocol is located at the data link layer. Because the ARP protocol itself lacks an authentication mechanism, an attacker can easily masquerade as a gateway or a target server to intercept user data packets to achieve malicious purposes. This article first analyzes the behavior characteristics of ARP spoofing on the access switch, and then proposes an algorithm for detecting man-in-the-middle attacks based on ARP spoofing. Experiments show that the algorithm can detect ARP spoofing attacks effectively and locate the attacker quickly.

The present random access (RA) scheme in terrestrial LTE (T-LTE) cannot be applied in LTE-satellite system, for the remarkable miss detection probability caused by large difference of propagation delay in satellite communication system. In this paper, a Peak to Average Ratio after Deleting Quasi-users (PAR-DQ) detection algorithm is proposed. The algorithm can deal with the large difference of propagation delay in satellite system. Quasi users are selected based on constraint coefficients which are defined according to difference of propagation delay first. And then, the average of correlation values is calculated after deleting quasi users. Finally, the peak to average ratio is chosen as decision variable in this algorithm. The threshold setting scheme is also presented which can be adjusted according to the required false alarm rate in multi-user scenario. Simulation results manifest that the proposed algorithm can achieve excellent performance in satellite environment.

In the production and construction of industry, safety accidents caused by unsafe behaviors of staff often occur. In a complex construction site scene, due to improper operations by personnel, huge safety risks will be buried in the entire production process. The use of deep learning algorithms to replace manual monitoring of site safety regulations is a powerful guarantee for sticking to the line of safety in production. First, the improved YOLO v3 algorithm is used to output the predicted anchor box of the target object, and then pixel feature statistics are performed on the anchor box, and the weight coefficients are respectively multiplied to output the confidence of the standard wearing of the helmet in each predicted anchor box area, according to the empirical threshold determine whether workers meet the standards for wearing helmets. Experimental results show that the helmet wearing detection algorithm based on deep learning in this paper increases the feature map scale, optimizes the prior dimensional algorithm of specific helmet dataset, and improves the loss function, and then combines image processing pixel feature statistics to accurately detect whether the helmet is worn by the standard. The final result is that mAP reaches 93.1% and FPS reaches 55 f/s. In the helmet recognition task, compared to the original YOLO v3 algorithm, mAP is increased by 3.5% and FPS is increased by 3 f/s. It shows that the improved detection algorithm has a better effect on the detection speed and accuracy of the helmet detection task.

Without zero-crossings, dc series arc faults result in much more serious safety threats. As the dc voltage level rises and the system capacity increases, series arc faults appear in dc systems more frequently. To eliminate their damages, specific arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCI) should be developed. In this paper, two kinds of dc systems are considered in the designed experimental setup. Firstly, a dc simulated source with the ac-dc-dc structure is connected to a resistor. This source could act as a constant voltage or photovoltaic (PV) source by operating in different U-I output modes. Then a real PV array outputting the nonlinear U-I output curve is also conducted as a comparison. Next, a simple detection algorithm is proposed based on the established time-domain detection variable. Finally, this series arc fault detection algorithm is implemented using a digital signal processing (DSP) chip. Wireless electrocardiogram (ECG) systems are responsible to collect and transmit the vital signals of cardiac patients wirelessly to medical centers for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. ECG is a noninvasive technique widely used in health care systems for diagnosis of heart diseases. However, the use of conventional ECG system is restricted by patient's mobility and the system's transmission capacity, and physical size. Aforementioned highlights the need and advantage of wireless ECG systems with low sampling-rate and low power consumption. With this in mind, Compressed Sensing (CS) procedure as a new sampling approach and the collaboration of wireless ECG framework is used to provide a robust high-resolution QRS detection algorithm in the hospitals and medical centers with high probability and enough accuracy. Advanced wireless ECG systems based on our approach will be able to deliver healthcare not only to patients in hospitals and medical centers;but also at their homes and workplaces thus offering cost saving, and improving the quality of life. Our simulation results for two records of ECG signals show an increment of 10% for sensitivity as well as 12% for the prediction level and good detection accuracy. The proposed algorithm also achieves significantly better detection rate in comparison with Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method.
