The microservice architecture has become the mainstream technology of industrial applications development in the Industrial Internet Platform. The test and verification of microservice architecture is the guarantee of industrial application credibility. By analyzing the microservice architecture of industrial applications, this paper proposes an application interface tree model method, which is used to model and verify the microservice architecture. Application Interface Tree supports characterization of the attributes and interactions of microservices, on which the static and dynamic models of microservice architecture can be established respectively. The relationship between microservices and running environment can be expressed by static model, while the dynamic model reflects the interface invocation between microservices. The correctness of the interaction between the model interfaces can be defined by the state transition diagram. Then the correctness of the microservice architecture can be proved by the model detection algorithm. In this paper, an industrial application is modeled, and the Application Interface Tree Model is used for model detection. The results verify the effectiveness of this method.

Smart cities need smart water metering. However, mechanical water meters cannot automatically read remote water consumption. While replacing all existing meters with fully electronic water meters is challenging. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed SWATS, a LoRa-based low-power Smart WAter meTering System. SWATS first reads mechanical water meters through an digitizer reader, and then facilitates a low-power detection algorithm on STM32 for computation. Moreover, an optional intelligent error correcting component of SWATS can lead to better accuracy. At last, with LoRa, collected data are transmitted back to server in semi-real time. Experiments on different water quality, water pressure and temperature showed the feasibility of SWATS.

The multi-level graph drawing is a popular approach to visualize large and complex graphs. It recursively coarsens a graph and then uncoarsens the drawing using layout refinement. In this paper, we leverage the Louvain community detection algorithm for the multi-level graph drawing *** specifically, we present the Louvain-based multi-level graph drawing algorithm, and compare with other community detection algorithms such as Label Propagation and Infomap clustering. Experiments show that Louvain-based multi-level algorithm performs best in terms of efficiency (i.e., fastest runtime), while Label Propagation and Infomap-based multi-level algorithms perform better in terms of effectiveness (i.e., better visualization in quality metrics).

Pedestrian detection performance improves greatly with the development of convolution neural network. However, occlusion remains a challenging issue. To solve the problem, in this paper, we proposed a new pedestrian detector called Occlude Pedestrian Attention Network (OPAN). We use anchor settings, which will highlight the features from the pedestrian region. In addition, spatial-wise attention mechanism and channel-wise are used for regression and classification branch separately and guide the detector to pay more attention to the visible part of the pedestrian. Experiments on Caltech and CityPerson datasets show that the proposed algorithm has better performance than RetinaNet. Compared with RetinaNet, the performance is improved 10.65% and 8.44%. Compared with other latest pedestrian detection algorithms, the performance is also great.

Finding developers to assist with project issues is essential in Global Software Development (GSD) contexts, where various individuals with distinct characteristics are involved. Several recommending approaches lead to identifying the same group of individuals who end up work overloaded. Aiming to diversify the recommendation process, we introduced DRecSys, a diversity-based recommendation system. Our approach seeks to identify individuals with characteristics similar to those previously requested to collaborate. To that end, we proposed a hybrid process composed of supervised (classification) and unsupervised (clustering) techniques. We provided evidence that DRecSys is able to recommend suitable non-obvious developers to assist with project issues.

Coal gangue sorting is an important part of the construction of smart mines. At present, coal gangue identification and detection algorithms are mostly based on laboratory simulations for testing. Under actual working conditions, there are problems such as missed detection and poor real-time performance. In response to this problem, an improved YOLOv5 coal gangue recognition algorithm was proposed, and a live image acquisition system was designed. First, Mosaic data enhancement is used to increase sample diversity, Add attention moudle to improve detection performance, and the camera is mounted for data collection in actual working conditions. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has an accuracy rate of 95.5%, with high recognition accuracy, and has important reference significance for practical applications.

This paper presents a novel approach for precise UAV landing using visual sensory data. A new type of fiducial marker called embedded ArUco (e-ArUco) was developed specially for a task of a robust marker detection for a wide range of distances. E-ArUco markers are based on original ArUco markers approach and require only ArUco detection algorithms. The applicability of developed markers was validated using UAV landing experiments in a virtual environment. Both a developed marker and a landing algorithm were implemented within the ROS framework and tested in the Gazebo simulator. According to our virtual experiments, an average landing accuracy was 2.03 cm with a standard deviation of 1.53 cm.

In Distributed Database System (DBS) and multitasking system, the occurrence of deadlocks is one of the most serious problems. If a site request for a resource that is already in the another site which is waiting for another resource then the scenario is called as distributed deadlock. Different distributed environments require a suitable deadlock detection algorithm to detect deadlocks. Different distributed environments needs to maintain their platforms by avoiding deadlocks. To achieve this environment, it is required to fed with optimized deadlock detection and avoidance algorithms. In this article, different deadlock detection algorithms that uses Wait For Graph and resolution algorithms to trace out deadlocks were discussed. An optimization technique is used for resolving deadlock in an efficient manner. A comparison between different deadlock detection algorithms based on different parameters like, delay time, message size, number of messages and whether the algorithm detects false deadlocks or not were performed. Based on the comparisons, a few deadlock detection algorithms were suggested for the distributed environment.

The aviation industries are transitioning from conventional aircraft systems to Aviation Cyber-Physical Systems (ACPS) based aircraft. However, like any Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), the ACPS are vulnerable to cyber-attacks that can be mounted by adversaries through the communication network infrastructure. This paper proposes a novel and resilient security protocol for detecting and defending ACPS against sensor spoofing cyber-attacks. First, a communication environment was developed to establish an aircraft Networked Control System (NCS) using the SimEvents toolbox. Then, a cyber-attack detection algorithm based on the positive selection of the Artificial Immune System (AIS) approach was developed and used to detect and drop suspicious communication packets on the aircraft network traffic. Finally, the NCS and the detection algorithm were integrated and tested on real cyber-security attack scenarios. The algorithm's accuracy was 0.96 based on the True Positive and True Negative algorithm detection rate. For further defending the aircraft against cyber-attacks, Nonlinear Autoregressive Exogenous (NARX) algorithm was developed to reconstruct or estimate the network dropped packets. The estimation accuracy of the NARX reached 0.99 using the coefficient of determination (R-value) based on the linear regression approach. The real-time simulation test results showed that the sensor spoofing cyber-attack was successfully detected. Also, the communication network of the ACPS was defended against the attack because the ACPS was maintaining the normal performance during the course of the cyber-attack.

Change detection (CD) is an important preprocessing process in visual perception. Due to the difficulties of collection and labeling images in water scnens, the design and validation of the change detection algorithm is more difficult than expected. In this paper, we present a novel visual perception framework based on parallel vision for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The visual perception framework consists of artificial scenes, computational experiments and parallel execution. In artificial scenes, we construct a water scene and automatically generated pixel-level image annotation. Next, computational experiments are carried out on different domain dataset. The experiment results show that: 1) mixed images effectively improve the performance of change detection model; 2) domain shift problems still greatly affect the algorithm performance.
