Electromagnetically inductive navigation system of the spraying robot is developed to meet the requirements of automatic spraying operation. The system is composed of the mechanical part, electromagnetic inductive sensor, SCM-based control system and DC electromotor PWM drive system. The mathematical model constituted by integral element and inertia element is founded with the DC servo-motor voltage as the input variable through the structural analysis of the navigation system. The increment digital pid algorithm is applied to achieve running path control of the spraying robot. Experimental results indicate that the spraying robot navigation system based on digital pid algorithm overcomes time-varying volatility, nonlinearity and strong coupling, thus has fast response speed and good robustness.

To reduce the servo disturbance rejection adaptive control error of an alternating current motor and improve the control effect, this paper presents an alternating current motor servo disturbance rejection adaptive control method on the basis of a digital proportionalintegral-derivative (pid) control algorithm. Analyse the effect of the current and magnetic field of the alternating current motor, realise the motor position and speed control through the position feedback information of the encoder, obtain and construct the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) equation, establish the PMSM mathematical model, design the auto disturbance rejection controller (ADRC), realise the alternating current motor servo disturbance estimation and compensation according to the ADRC controller, and determine the disturbance control function of nonlinear factors according to the digital pid control algorithm, so as to realise the alternating current motor servo anti-disturbance adaptive control. The experimental results show that the motor speed tracking error of this method is only-0.05 rad/s and the anti-disturbance adaptive control time is only 0.26 s, which shows that the motor servo antidisturbance efficiency of this method is high. It can effectively track and control the motor speed, thereby achieving anti-interference and adaptive control of alternating current motor. Research has been conducted to optimise and improve the existing algorithm, greatly shortening the algorithm's operation time, improving algorithm performance, and verifying the superior performance of the digital pid control algorithm in the anti-interference direction of alternating current motor.

Design and Implementation of a digital pid Temperature Controller for Neonatal Incubator ESVIN

The project has as its aim the design and implementation of the control of temperature in the cockpit of the prototype of neonatal life support equipment ESVIN based on the international standard IEC 60601-2-19 concerning the basic security and operation of the neonatal incubators. The prototype has been developed and is important because the cockpit is a new concept of medical equipment of neonatal life support. There was a modeling of the system of heating of the incubator using the concepts of system identification with the purpose of finding a mathematical model that describes the dynamic behavior of the system. Then, design and implement the strategy of feedback control with digital pid （proportional-integral-derivative） algorithm. The model allowed the design and implementation of a digital pid controller that meets in a satisfactory manner with the requirements, in accordance with the international standard. The control system implemented in the neonatal incubator ESVIN improved the effectiveness of the neonatal life support equipment in regard to temperature controller of the cockpit.

In this paper, firstly, the function of test-bed of motor-wheel-drive Electric Vehicle has been clarified, the frame structures of test-bed has been designed and built. Secondly, control algorithm of motor-wheel-drive Electric Vehicle has been established, including vector control algorithm model, digital PM algorithm model and electronic differential control algorithm model, the control system of test-bed has been designed. Lastly, based on the test bed, the control algorithm of motor-wheel-drive Electric Vehicle has been verified by bench test. The bench test results show that, the control algorithm of motor-wheel-drive Electric Vehicle can achieve straight-ahead control and steering control, which laid the foundation for the future of the real vehicle tests.

In order to observe dim astronomical objects, the imaging sensor of the Astronomical Observation Camera (AOC) in the satellite needs to work at -65 degrees C to suppress its dark current noise. To achieve the low temperature environment, a cooling system on Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) was designed. The cooling system adopted a Single Chip Microprocessor as its control computing platform and its software used self-adaptive digital pid control algorithm was developed. The data of the real-time temperatures, captured by the acquiring circuits from the temperature sensors which were mounted at the back surface of the imaging sensor, were used to be the input of the selfadaptive digital pid control algorithm, and the output calculated by the algorithm was applied to adjusted the control current of the driver circuit for the TEC, and then the temperature of Focal Plane Assembly (FPA) was cooled down or warmed up to satisfy the working requirements. Experimental results show that the designed system can control the temperature gradient of the FPA less than 1 degrees C and reach its normal working temperature -65 degrees C quickly. Its control accuracy is +/-2 degrees C. The practical experiment results displayed the imaging performance of the FPA was stable and the designed cooling system suppressed the dark current noise effectively to get high Signal-to-Noise Ratio images, and the designed cooling system worked stable.

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) ventilator is an effective treatment device for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). A new control-module design for CPAP ventilator is discussed in this paper. The key technologies, which have improved the performance and reliability of the equipment, such as AVR-based module control, high-precision air pressure detection, improved digital pid control algorithm and smart motor-drive regulation, are described. As indicated by the results from our experiments, the proposed design promises a stable output pressure of the ventilator, the error being less than 0.5cmH(2)O.
