Intentional islanding is an effective method to improve power supply reliability and fully strengthen the role of DGs. A strategy based on intentional islanding for using DGs in the distribution network restoration service in the context of smart distribution network is present in this paper and the restoration procedure of distribution network with DGs is also enunciated. Through the compare and research of existing distribution system islanding algorithms, the objective, principle and algorithm of intentional islanding are studied in detail based on the closed-loop design and open-loop operation characteristics of complex distribution network. An algorithm based on Minimum spanning tree and dynamic programming method is proposed, which can adapt to complex distribution network with the structure containing rings and ensure the restoration of important loads to the maximum extent. Using this method, it can ensure stable operation of islanding and quick synchronization with the upper power grid. The data structure, parameter setting and mathematical representations of the algorithm are introduced. Case analysis on typical islanding is shown to Confirms the feasibility of this method.

In this paper we examine a multi-period portfolio optimization problem in a fuzzy environment. The proposed optimization model is subject to CVaR constraint, transaction constraint and cardinality constraint. The returns of the assets are assumed to be trapezoidal fuzzy variables and therefore the portfolio return and risk are quantified by the possibilistic mean and semivariance of the fuzzy returns respectively. A dynamic programming method is used to solve the proposed mixed interger optimization model for different cardinality constraints. A numerical study based on real stocks market data is provided to test the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The sensitivity of the optimal portfolio investment strategies is tested for different confidence levels for the CVaR constraint.

Regarding the current situation and problems, which exist in Modular Company's dispatch dynamicprogramming system that is widely used in open-pit truck real-time dispatching, two concepts for the completion of production target and the current truck flow saturation were proposed, and based on which the guideline of real-time optimized open-pit truck dispatching method was dissertated. Based on the results of truck flow programming, and the system stochastic factors and the transportation distance being taken into account, the truck real-time dispatching was optimized in its entirety. This method is not only suitable for the instance of shovel-truck matched, but also applicable for that of shovel-truck mismatched. And it also can be applied to empty truck dispatching as well as heavy truck dispatching. This method being used in an open-pit mine, it has been proved that production efficiency could be increased by 8.0%~17.8%. The result shows this method has better applicability and practicability.
