The ride comfort of passenger railway vehicles is receiving increasing attention by manufacturers, and a prototype vehicle may develop different specific models and be sold to different customers. Although the standard varies in different countries or regions, the evaluation method can be divided into three parts as frequency weighting, index calculation, and threshold evaluation. The UIC, ISO, EN, and GB standards have similar frequency weighting curve and index calculation formula. Therefore, in this paper, the strictness of above standards is compared, the ride comfort index conversion method between different standards are discussed, and a normalized ride comfort index is proposed adapted to different standards. This paper is helpful to further develop the comfort index evaluation system. © ASCE.

evaluation algorithm for Hosting Capacity of PV System using LDC Method of SVR in Distribution Systems

This paper deals with an evaluation algorithm of the hosting capacity for PV system based on the LDC (line drop compensation) method of SVR (step voltage regulator) in order to improve the hosting capacity when large-scaled PV systems are installed in distribution system. Specifically, optimal LDC setting values are obtained by calculation algorithm of LDC setting values for SVR using the Least-squares method that minimizes the error for the entire time interval based on the distribution characteristics of upper and lower limits for the sending voltage of SVR considering the reverse power flow by PV systems. And also, this paper performs a modeling of complex distribution system which is composed of large-scaled PV system and SVR with LDC method by using PSCAD/EMTDC S/W. From the simulation results, it is confirmed that the proposed algorithm and modeling is a useful and practical tool to improve the hosting capacity of PV system because customer voltages are maintained within the allowable voltage limits.

PHT-splines are a type of polynomial splines over hierarchical T-meshes which posses perfect local refinement *** property makes PHT-splines useful in geometric modeling and iso-geometric *** implementation of PHT-splines stores the basis functions in Bézier forms,which saves some computational costs but consumes a lot of *** this paper,we propose a de Boor like algorithm to evaluate PHT-splines provided that only the information about the control coefficients and the hierarchical mesh structure is *** basic idea is to represent a PHT-spline locally in a tensor product B-spline,and then apply the de-Boor algorithm to evaluate the PHT-spline at a certain parameter *** perform analysis about computational complexity and memory *** results show that our algorithm takes about the same order of computational costs while requires much less amount of memory compared with the Bézier *** give an example to illustrate the effectiveness of our algorithm.

English oral evaluation algorithm based on fuzzy measure and speech recognition

In oral English, for the pronunciation of continuous reading and easy to confuse, the difficulty to understand the pronunciation and so on, this kind of spoken pronunciation has a direct influence on the accuracy of computer speech recognition technology. Therefore, based on the fuzzy measure and speech recognition technology, in this paper, the English oral evaluation algorithm is studied. Based on fuzzy measure, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is discussed. This paper focuses on how to solve the problem that the fuzzy measure cannot be fused, the optimization and updating scheme proposed from the algorithm flow and evaluation model, and an effective oral reading evaluation model is established by effectively evaluating the different oral continuous state, giving the corresponding evaluation results. The simulation results show that the optimization of oral English evaluation algorithm can provide a scientific evaluation method and improvement strategy for oral teaching and improving oral learning ability.

A novel cubic-exp evaluation algorithm considering non-symmetrical axial response signals of confocal microscopes

The depth discrimination in confocal microscopy is based on the digital analysis of depth response signals obtained by each camera pixel during measurement. Various signal-processing algorithms are used for this purpose. The accuracy of these algorithms is inter alia restricted by the axial symmetry of the signals. However, in practice response signals are rather asymmetrical especially in case of measurement objects with critical surface structures such as edges or steep flanks. We present a novel signal-processing algorithm based on an exponential function with a cubic argument to handle asymmetrical and also symmetrical depth response signals. Results obtained by this algorithm are compared to those of commonly used signal processing algorithms. It turns out that the novel algorithm is more robust, more accurate and exhibits a repeatability of a similar order compared to other algorithms.

Design of Mobile Intelligent evaluation algorithm in Physical Education Teaching

The teaching task of the traditional mobile intelligent physical education teaching evaluation algorithm is chaotic, and the marking of important physical education teaching task is ignored, which leads to the calculation error of the traditional algorithm and the time consuming is also long. Therefore, a new mobile intelligent evaluation algorithm is designed and applied to the teaching evaluation of mobile intelligent physical education. A mobile intelligent BiLSTM (bidirectional long and short term memory) model is constructed to complete the sequential intelligent annotation of sports tasks. According to the influencing factors of intelligent management of sports resources, the weight of evaluation index is determined and the quantitative evaluation model is established. Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution of model parameters, and finally the design of mobile intelligent evaluation algorithm is realized. The experimental results show that the algorithm designed in this paper has higher evaluation accuracy than the traditional mobile intelligent sports evaluation algorithm, and the evaluation accuracy can be kept above 96%. The fluctuation range of the evaluation results is -2% similar to 2%, indicating that the proposed algorithm has good stability. The application time of the proposed algorithm is about 1 ms, which verifies that the algorithm has short time consuming performance.

The current learning efficiency evaluation algorithm has low accuracy and speed due to the singleness of the indicators and the neglect of the management of the indicators. To this end, this study designs an evaluation algorithm for college English online learning efficiency based on data mining. After analyzing the factors that affect the online English learning efficiency of college students, the evaluation indicators are abstracted and an evaluation system is established. Then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators in the evaluation system, and build a data warehouse according to the indicators. Finally, ES-ANN integrated sampling neural network is used to mine and analyze the data in the data warehouse, and the evaluation results of the students' learning efficiency are obtained. The experimental results show that the evaluation rate of the algorithm is fast and the evaluation accuracy is higher than 93%, which proves that the method greatly improves the evaluation performance.

In order to solve the problem that the evaluation algorithm is easy to fall into local extremum, which leads to slow convergence speed, a skilled talent quality evaluation algorithm based on a deep belief network model was designed. Establish an evaluation set with 4 first level indicators and 14 second level indicators, and calculate the corresponding weights to complete the construction of the evaluation index system. A DBN structure composed of several RBMs and a BP network is constructed. Based on the DBN, a quality evaluation algorithm is designed. The algorithm training is used to evaluate the test data and output the evaluation level. The experimental results show that the convergence speed of DBN based evaluation algorithm is significantly better than that of BP neural network and SVM based evaluation algorithm under the same number of iterations, which is suitable for the accurate evaluation of talent quality.

An economic-energetic-environmental evaluation algorithm for hybrid mid-depth geothermal heating system

Low-carbon and high-efficiency mid-depth ground-source heat pumps become a promising heating option for cold regions in China towards carbon neutral. However, system-level evaluation algorithm that incorporates multiple influences are needed. Hence, an economic-energetic-environmental evaluation algorithm for a hybrid mid-depth geothermal heating system was established. It couples load characteristics and reflects the impact of design parameters, geological conditions, and fluctuating factors on three evaluation indicators. The economic performance increases initially as heat pump load ratio and hole depth grow but is more sensitive to the former. A recommended design parameters' zone is given for the general case. Moreover, when the load ratio is 0.65 and the depth is 2750 m, the maximum relative NPV reaches 88.4 million CNY. The peak value of carbon reduction revenue, 54.7 CNY/tCO2, appears near the load ratio of 0.63 and the depth of 3300 m. The valley of heating cost,-15.9 CNY/GJ, occurs near the load ratio of 0.66 and the depth of 2600 m. The break-even point of geothermal gradient has a positive linear relationship with the hole completion cost, by which investing feasibility can be determined. Fluctuating factors have a significant impact on the above indicators but will not change the profit loss status.

This project collected 2017 public buildings connected to the Shanghai Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform, with a total construction area of 92.083 million m2. On this basis, the calculation formula of the statistical energy consumption baseline of the public building is obtained according to the use classification of the existing building. Secondly, by calculating the electricity load rate of typical working days throughout the year. Then, clustering needs to be used to assess the type of buildings in the second-level classification. Finally, a database of energy consumption baselines is obtained, which is convenient for users to quickly screen key buildings.
