In this paper, a recursive filtering method based on Kalman filter is proposed for the sensor delay in each state measurement of power system. Due to sampling frequency in the power system is generally high in milliseconds, the network topology is unchanged and the system state does not change much, therefore the system state at the next moment can be approximately linear relationship with the current state of the system, so we can get the linear state equation. In the measurement, the sensor delay is a common phenomenon in the project, in order to solve this problem in the dynamic estimation of the power system, a reasonable observation model is established to make it more close to the actual measurement situation in this paper, where the delay variable satisfies the Bernoulli distribution. Moreover, assume that the noise is Gaussian white noise, and then on the basis of two equations, using Kalman filter and some mathematical methods to find the gain parameters under the minimum error, make the filtering algorithm complete. Simulations are carried out on the IEEE 5-bus test system. The simulation results shows that the effectiveness of the proposed filtering algorithm.

Database search is the main approach for identifying proteoforms using top-down tandem mass spectra. However, it is extremely slow to align a query spectrum against all protein sequences in a large database when the target proteoform that produced the spectrum contains post-translational modifications and/or mutations. As a result, efficient and sensitive protein sequence filtering algorithms are essential for speeding up database search. In this paper, we propose a novel filtering algorithm, which generates spectrum graphs from subspectra of the query spectrum and searches them against the protein database to find good candidates. Compared with the sequence tag and gaped tag approaches, the proposed method circumvents the step of tag extraction, thus simplifying data processing. Experimental results on real data showed that the proposed method achieved both high speed and high sensitivity in protein sequence filtration.

In the previous studies of heart sounds, the calculation model of small waveform is often used, and new waveform graph is formed through the decomposition and restructuring of small waveform so as to remove the noise from the new waveform. There are a lot of shortcomings in the use of such a method. The features of new waveform are difficult to be controlled, and thus the noise generated by the wave and the interference of wave will be disturbed by the filter to certain degree. In this paper, the integrated filtering algorithm is introduced, and a wave can be used in the studied use of small waveform, and also the high-order algorithm in mathematics is used, so that the frequency is controlled in a certain range, the frequency of heart sounds to be interfered is effectively reduced, and also the harmonic harm generated by the waveform is considered. After the signal sources are protected with some technologies, the effect of filtering and denoising is eventually achieved.

This paper presents a filtering technique for estimating the fluid temperature profile in a solar energy collector modeled by a bilinear distributed parameter system (the Klein plug-flow model). The filter minimizes the mean-square error between the actual measurements and the states predicted by the model when the fluid flow through the collector is controlled by an on-off pump (bang-bang control). The derivation of the filter algorithm uses invariant imbedding and the method of characteristics. This approach allows one to estimate under bang-bang control situations and has the flexibility to easily vary the sensor locations. As examples, the filtering process is applied to a simulated solar collection system with a variable number of sensors and many on-off fluid flow control cycles.

Then the index system of stability evaluation is constructed with its mathematical model established. Taking the application of Kalman filtering used in initial alignment in integrate INS/GPS navigation system as an example, stability of Kalman filtering is evaluated according to the index system. First, under the framework of UKF filtering, trajectory in free phase model with amendments J(2) is introduced and its expression is derived;then, in order to ensure accuracy and robustness of filter simultaneously, the multiple-model algorithm is involved within the framework of UKF;finally, a complete filtering process is proposed. PM2.5 is an important indicator of air quality *** design uses GP2Y1010AUOF dust sensor,SHT20 temperature and humidity sensor and so on, transmit the signal to ATMEGA328PAUM SCM. The system detects the detection through the analog to digital conversion and median value average filtering algorithm. The PM2.5 Concentration values are displayed to OLED screen, alert if the detection value exceeds the standard. Experiments show that the system is running well, with a measurement accuracy of 4.8%, and has a certain stability and practicality.

Compared with electromagnetic current transducer and electronic current transducer, fiber optic current transducer (FOCT) represents the developing direction of current transducer, which has a series of advantages, such as wide bandwidth, good insulation performance, high measuring accuracy, and so on. FOCT is one kind of new-type precise sensor based on the principle of Faraday magneto-optical phase circling, its' complicated structure results in shot noise, intensity noise, hot phase noise, and electromagnetic interference noise, which have great effect on FOCT's performance. Relativity of noise random process in time domain and stability of noise random process in frequency domain are analyzed, based on the analysis results, noise identification model and algorithm are proposed, and different type noise in FOCT showing main character is quantified by using noise identification model and algorithm. Aiming on decreasing the influence of noise to FOCT performance, filtering algorithm is applied in FOCT data processing. Experiments show that noise character is complex, noise dentification model and noise filtering algorithm are effective in FOCT noise processing system.

Constrained clustering is an important task in Data Mining. In the last ten years, many works have been done to extend classical clustering algorithms to handle user-defined constraints, but restricted to handle one kind of user-constraints. In a previous work 1], we have proposed a declarative and generic framework, based on Constraint Programming, which enables to design a clustering task by specifying an optimization criterion and different kinds of user-constraints. One of the criteria is the within-cluster sum of dissimilarities, which is represented by a sum constraint and reified equality constraints V = Sigma(<= i <= j <= n)(G[i] = = G[j])a(ij). A direct implementation using predefined constraints is not effective as the propagation of theses constraints is weak. In this paper, we consider this criterion as a global constraint and develop a filtering algorithm for it. This filtering helps to improve significantly the model performance. Experiments on classical databases show the interest of our approach.
