fuzzy algorithm for calculating roll speed variation based on roll separating force in hot rolling

Thickness control of hot-rolled strips has become an important issue in recent years because of the need for improving the quality of the hot-rolled strip. For this purpose, various thickness control systems such as finishing mill set-up (FSU), automatic gauge control (AGC), and looper control system, have been developed at steel works. Although these systems have greatly improved the quality of the strip thickness, there still exists a small amount of thickness deviation. It is difficult to adequately control by applying conventional thickness control techniques since hot rolling process is a highly nonlinear system in which many process parameters are coupled. In this study, a fuzzy algorithm to calculate the roll speed variations was developed in order to improve the thickness uniformity of hot-rolled strips. Since the strip thickness is mostly affected by the magnitude of roll separating force depending on the roll speed, the strip thickness deviation between the desired and actual thicknesses can be reduced by controlling roll speed. In order to carry out this investigation, slab analysis was carried out to determine the relation between roll separating force and roll speed for various process parameters such as roll speed, reduction ratio, strip entry thickness, and front and back tensions. From the production data, the effective stress-strain rate relations of the materials used in slab analyses were acquired. Based on the analytical results, the relation between roll separating force and roll speed was approximated by a log function. A fuzzy algorithm was developed to determine variations in roll speed according to variations of roll separating force, depending on various ranges of rolling temperature, reduction ratio, front and back tensions, and strip thickness. In addition, simulations to predict roll speed variations for a small amount of thickness deviation were carried out at continuous finishing mills consisting of seven stands and the calculated roll

The detached raft automatic frequency isolation system is a complicated system with high exceptionally nonlinear, high electromagnetic, and multi -source vibration modes. However, it generates a statistical method and it is hard to operate the organization. The fuzzy control algorithm, as an astute control method, can give a keen path to the active management of a complicated system of floating rafts. This study uses a system identification approach to construct mathematical models for a floating raft active vibration isolation system with discrete transfer work. The fuzzy model is used in tests and simulations controller is built using two contributions of acceleration and its variation, as well as a single result of control voltage. The control isolation system is a complicated system with many moving parts. A lot of moving parts profoundly nonlinear, high electromagnetic and multi -source vibration modes, generating a statistical method and it is hard to operate the organization. The fuzzy control algorithm, as a smart control method, can give a keen path to the active management of a sophisticated floating raft system. This research uses an identification strategy to construct a floating raft active vibration isolation technology discrete transfer work mathematical models. The fuzzy controller is then put together using two contributions: acceleration and variation, as well as a single outcome of control voltage for simulations and experiments research.

An algorithm for fast capturing pseudorandom coded signals is developed by the use of fuzzy sets. This allows the level differences among the observed samples to be utilised in determining error-correcting estimation, resulting in a greater correct estimation probability than that of the conventional method under low signal-to-noise ratio conditions.

Wireless sensors are sophisticated embedded systems designed for collecting data on systems or processes of interest. In many cases, they are expected to operate in inaccessible locations, without user supervision. As a result, such monitoring systems need to operate autonomously and independently of external sources of energy. To achieve long-lived sustainability, monitoring systems often rely on energy extracted from the environment, e.g. through solar harvesting. Their design is a challenging problem with several conflicting goals and a number of design and implementation possibilities. For obvious reasons, these devices must be designed in an energy efficient way. As a result, they usually have low computational performance and cannot implement complicated control algorithms. At the same time, due to the requirements for autonomy and dependability, they must be endowed with certain degree of adaptability and fault tolerance - properties typically found in intelligent systems. In this contribution, we describe the design flow of an intelligent embedded control system for management of energy use in wireless monitoring systems. The paper also provides a simulation-based analysis of the control system performance.

Novel Straight and Circular Road Driving Control of Electric Power Assisted Wheelchair Based on fuzzy algorithm

This paper describes a novel straight and circular road driving control scheme for electric power-assisted wheelchairs. "Electric power-assisted wheelchair" which assists the driving force by electric motors is expected to be widely used as a mobility support system for elderly people and disabled people, however, the performance of straight and circular road driving must be further improved because the two wheels drive independently. This paper proposes a novel driving control scheme based on fuzzy algorithm to realize stable and reliable driving on straight and circular roads. The suitable assisted torque of the right and left wheels is determined by fuzzy algorithm based on the posture angular velocity of the wheelchair and the human input torque proportion of the right and left wheels. Application of network virtual cloud computing data center based on fuzzy algorithm

Network virtualization technology releases human resources to some extent through network and cloud computing technology, reducing the workload of staff. The application of network virtualization technology in cloud computing data centers is based on this condition to improve work quality and efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to use the fuzzy algorithm to realize network virtualization of cloud computing data center. In this paper, we study the adaptive fuzzy control in depth, and conduct the practical application based on the basic knowledge of adaptive fuzzy control we learned, achieved "learn to use". Apply the design of adaptive fuzzy control to the load balancing algorithm of the network virtual cloud computing data center, realized the load balancing algorithm of the network virtual cloud computing data center based on adaptive fuzzy control. According to the load balancing algorithm based on adaptive fuzzy control to achieve this algorithm by using Internet knowledge, and designed the load balancing system of the whole network virtual cloud computing data center. Test the whole load balancing system which has been achieved, and obtained the performance variance curve of the system under different algorithms. Then obtained advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm by analyzing the experimental data. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the execution performance of communication-intensive applications and ensure the stable execution of the application. At the same time, the algorithm inherits the advantages of the general fuzzy control load balancing algorithm. The stability is strong and the variance curve does not appear pulsed fluctuation. There is also no divergence phenomenon with time increased.

Design of data transmission system for 3D laser scanning of liquefied gas railway tanker based on fuzzy algorithm

Aiming at the problem of high packet loss rate in the traditional 3D laser scanning data transmission system, a 3D laser scanning data transmission system based on fuzzy algorithm is designed. The operational amplifier is used as the analog front-end of ADC, and the high-performance controller is selected to meet the needs of system development. By programming the FPGA chip, the state control of the transmission module and the configuration of each chip are realized. The data is preprocessed by three-dimensional point cloud, the data information of control system is obtained according to fuzzy set and fuzzy rule reasoning, Gigabit Ethernet is initialized, the data is transmitted through UDP user data protocol package, and the research on three-dimensional laser scanning data transmission system of liquefied gas railway tank car based on fuzzy algorithm is completed. The experimental results show that the designed system can effectively reduce the packet loss rate, the highest packet loss rate is only 22%, which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional system, and is more suitable for the three-dimensional laser scanning data transmission of liquefied gas railway tank car.

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, the need for barrier-free communication between people of all countries have become more and more urgent. Therefore, it is extremely important to establish a high translation accuracy and high-quality English translation system. At present, Although the various English translation systems on the market have solved the communication problems between different languages to a certain extent, there are a series of problems such as language translation ambiguity and inaccurate use of words in translation methods, in order to improve English The translation accuracy of the translation system can improve the quality of the English translation system. This paper proposes a language analysis study of the English translation system based on fuzzy algorithms. The research of this paper firmly grasps the analysis and understanding of the language, analyzes it from the corpus, vocabulary, syntax, and translation characteristics, and fully understands its language characteristics, so as to eliminate the semantic understanding ambiguity in the translation process to a certain extent. Thereby improving the accuracy of the translation. The English translation system designed in this paper includes an image input module and an image recognition module, so the Gaussian blur algorithm is used for processing. The Gaussian blur algorithm can retain edge information in the edge area where the pixel value of the image changes sharply, and can effectively remove noise and enhance the image effect. Therefore, this article uses fuzzy algorithm-based English translation system language analysis research, first analyze the English language characteristics, and then use Gaussian fuzzy algorithm to denoise the image in the translation system, and then display the image recognition results.

Ocean wave active compensation analysis of inverse kinematics for hybrid boarding system based on fuzzy algorithm

In this paper, a method of solving inverse kinematics based on fuzzy algorithm for hybrid system is presented. This approach could compensate the wave disturbances when the hybrid mechanism is conducting a certain task, such as, transporting the repairmen into wind turbine platform. By deriving the Jacobian matrix of the hybrid mechanism, the relationship between the angular and linear velocities of variables in joint space and gangway's end-effector in task-space can be obtained. Thereafter, the numerical integral method is used to obtain the inverse kinematic solution. Structurally, the hybrid mechanism consists of a 6-DOFs Stewart parallel platform and a 3-DOFs gangway. Due to the kinematical redundant of the hybrid boarding system, its inverse kinematic solutions are not unique. Thus, a fuzzy strategy is put forward to plan the variable values reasonably. Moreover, it can satisfy the requirement of variable constraints. When conducting ocean wave compensation, specifically, the Stewart parallel platform is used to compensate the wave disturbance in roll direction. Moreover, it is efficient to compensate other disturbances by adjusting the joint angles of gangway. The effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed method is demonstrated using numerical simulation when the wave disturbance is added into the hybrid boarding system.
