VEHICLE PATH OPTIMIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS BASED ON GREEN EVALUATION

With the development of the economy and society and the improvement of living standards, the demand for fresh products is increasing, and the huge demand has driven the rapid growth of fresh products in China. However, fresh products are prone to spoilage and wear, and higher transportation requirements are put forward to ensure product quality. Based on this, the transportation function of cold chain logistics vehicles on farm products cold chain logistics greatly improves the cold chain transportation efficiency of agricultural products. Aiming at the vehicle path problem of cold chain logistics distribution and under multiple refrigerated trucks, a single distribution center, and multiple commodity types, a path optimization model of cold chain logistics vehicles was established with the optimal evaluation of total distribution cost and distribution vehicles as the objective considering the economy, greenness, and sustainability of vehicles. Then, an evaluation index system of refrigerated trucks consisting of cost index, environmental index and quality index was established, an AHP-TOPSIS (Analytic Hierarchy Process, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) evaluation model of refrigerated trucks was constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation value of refrigerated trucks was obtained. On the basis of vehicle evaluation results, the corresponding vehicle path optimization model of agricultural cold chain logistics was established, the large-scale neighborhood search sa algorithm was designed to solve an example, and the optimization model was compared with the optimization model without considering vehicle evaluation. The experimental results show that considering the vehicle evaluation factors can effectively reduce the distribution cost, and increasing the vehicle evaluation weight can effectively improve the greenness and sustainability of the distribution fleet.

Two novel reconstruction methods of sparsity adaptive adjustment for road roughness compressive signal based on I-sa and GSM

To significantly reduce the storage space of collected road roughness signals and improve the collection rate, the work investigates the compressive sampling and reconstruction of road roughness signals based on compressive sensing theory. Moreover, to overcome the limitations of the classical signal reconstruction method in the case of unknown sparsity, two sparsity adaptive compressive signal reconstruction methods namely those based on the improved simulated annealing (I-sa) algorithm and the golden section method (GSM) are respectively proposed and compared. Both simulated and measured road roughness signals are used to verify the validity of the novel reconstruction methods and the feasibility of road roughness compression and collection. The research results show that the proposed Isa-SPA method (the sparsity adaptive reconstruction method based on the I-sa) completes the sparsity matching optimization with high reconstruction precision (R2 = 0.9884), but has a high time consumption (about 16.09 s). Moreover, the proposed sa-GSM-SPA method (the sparsity adaptive reconstruction method based on the GSM) has a fast rate of calculation while inheriting the good sparsity estimation result and high reconstruction precision of the Isa-SPA method.

I-sa algorithm Based Optimization Design and Mode-Switching Strategy for a Novel 3-Axis-Simpson Dual-Motor Coupling Drive System of PEV

Pure electric vehicle (PEV) equipped with a dual-motor coupling drive system can make full use of the high efficiency working range of the motor in order to improve vehicle efficiency. In order to further expand the application range of the system and to improve its practical application, this paper designs and proposes a new dynamic coupling drive system of three axis-double working modes, which is based on the Simpson planetary gear train. The new system adopts two planetary gears (P1 and P2), and the two sun gears of double rows, planetary carrier of P1 and gear ring of P2 are bunded. The power output of the P1 gear ring (mode 1) and P2 planetary carrier (mode 2) is realized by a controlling wet clutch. This paper adopts the linear interpolation method, least square method and 5-fold CV cross validation method to establish the full load speed characteristics and efficiency characteristics models of two motors (13 and 30 kW). This paper proposes an optimization design method based on an improved simulated annealing (I-sa) algorithm for new system parameter matching and working mode switching strategy determination. The results show that the modeling accuracy of the two motors is high, and the mean value of MAPE is 4.337%. The proposed optimization design method achieves the demand goal of PEV effectively. The I-sa algorithm has good effectiveness and fast convergence, the mean efficiency of the optimized PEV is 83.91% under all working conditions, the maximum speed is 142.56 km/h and the power utilization rate of the dual-motor is 100%. This study proposes a new hardware system and a design optimization method on software and provides a direct reference for the research of PEV drive systems by combining hardware with software.

Parameter identification of Bouc-Wen dynamic model for magnetorheological shimmy damper based on improved simulated annealing algorithm

Magnetorheological (MR) shimmy damper has a good application prospect in aircraft landing gear shimmy control as a semi-active vibration control device;however, its non-linear and hysteretic characteristics bring difficulties to the control and restrict performance. It is necessary to develop a dynamic model of the damper that can effectively show these characteristics. This study is based on the experimental data of the damping force characteristics of MR shimmy damper with different control currents. Bouc-Wen model, apply to describe non-linear and hysteretic characteristics, was selected to establish the dynamic model of damping force, displacement and velocity. This study proposed an improved simulated annealing (sa) algorithm, which can improve the efficiency of identification, to identify the parameters of the model. Comparing with the original algorithm, the improved sa algorithm has the same solution quality and better performance in computational efficiency. The relationships between the identified parameters and the control current were obtained by curve fitting, and the experimental data with different amplitudes and frequencies are used to verify the result. It is shown that the established model can accurately show the dynamic characteristics of the damper under different excitation.
