These days, it seems like everything is happening online, and accounting is no exception. While many financial bookkeeping practices have been computerized for some time, online accounting and bookkeeping is still relatively new. In a large organization, accounting requires a lot of paperwork, and maintaining accurate records can be terribly difficult. So there is an essence of computer software that provides applications for easy data entry and record of financial transactions. Keeping this in mind, Financial Management System application software has been developed. FMS application software enhances the way organizations record financial transactions and flow information through their divisions and departments. It allows easy updation of financial records electronically, without having to deal with stacks of paper. Also software application help speed the time it takes to update records and keep employees informed of important financial information. FMS plays significant role in decision making processes. This software helps senior management to prepare financial statements such as income statements. The database has been designed using MySQL and the application has been developed using PHP, javascript, AJAX, CSS and HTML.

Autonomous roaming combined with the eagle eye navigator could assist the positioning in the larger scene. This article sets up a bridge between three-dimensional virtual scene and the twodimensional plane using the web scripting language- java script. Thus they are synchronized to the HTML page. It allows the visitor to understand the current position of the large virtual scene and anyone can roam unimpeded in the scene.

This paper presents a successive approach register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a novel hybrid digital-to-analog converter (DAC) architecture: half junction splitting (J.S.) and half binary weighted capacitor DAC. This DAC maintains low power consumption of J.S. DAC and the high signal-to-noise plus distortion ratio (SNDR) of binary weighted capacitor DAC. The power dissipation of the circuit is 1.72μW, SNDR 59.17dB, spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) 7339dB, and the FOM 23.2fj/conversion step with 0.9V supply voltage. The proposed circuit is fabricated in TSMC 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS process technology.

Jackson and Sax (JS,) provided a conceptual framework to analyze biodiversity dynamics after environmental change. They discuss transients caused by lags in extinction and immigration, rightly seen as of major importance for the future of biodiversity. Borrowing terms from accountancy, they discuss concepts such as \"extinction debts\", \"immigration credits\", \"biodiversity surpluses\" and \"biodiversity deficits\". For example, when time scales of immigration and extinction differ, temporary biodiversity surpluses or deficits may arise. Accidentally, JS overlooked my earlier work covering much of the same ground. This work also corroborates, and adds to, the mainly conceptually oriented approach of JS by using an explicit evolution-based mechanistic model. Thereby it fulfills some of their expressed needs for further research and helps with the understanding and prediction of the kinds of transient dynamics JS discuss.

The cloud computing model leads to the increased penetration of the web applications in the office environment. Designed in many cases to replace traditional desktop software, web applications still lack many of the valuable features present on the desktop that increase usability and productivity. Due to the highly isolated design of the browser, it is currently impossible for web applications to communicate with desktop environment, which usually means sending messages or receiving event notifications. This is often required in order to let the person using the application know about the important events happening in the minimized browser window. By contrast traditional applications can take the control of the desktop at any time. The paper introduces the Web4Desktop framework, a browser/client based architecture designed to overcome these limitations by proving a secure infrastructure that allows web applications to communicate with any desktop software implementing the Web4Desktop API. The framework can be utilized to add desktop integration to existing web applications, a step that requires only minimal changes in the web application's code and greatly improve the user experience because these applications will start to behave more like desktop software.

Smart phones have become dramatically more powerful over the past 10 years, as the smart-phone community has focused on bringing the full, rich Web experience to mobile phones. Many content-adaptation technologies have been developed (and in some cases, are still under development) to improve the experience of browsing the Webís rich content using a smart phone. In addition to hosting and delivering a wide variety of rich content, the Web has become a platform for increasingly powerful applications. Ajax, Web 2.0, and so on are buzz words that attempt to quickly summarize the informal and growing collection of technologies that developers use to create and deploy Web applications. In this short note, we propose a simplified adaptive fence procedure that reduces the computational burden of the adaptive fence procedure proposed by Jiang et al. [Jiang, J., Rao, J.S., Gu, Z., Nguyen, T., 2008. Fence methods for mixed model selection. Ann. Statist. 36,1669-1692] for mixed model selection problems. The consistency property of the new procedure is established. Simulation results show that the new procedure performs very well in a small sample Situation.
