This paper studies the application of augmented reality real-time depth image technology to 3D human motion recognition technology. The accuracy and real-time performance of sensor-based 3D human reconstruction are affected by visual characteristics and illumination changes. Features are not easily extracted and cannot be tracked, leading to failures in the 3D reconstruction of the human body. Based on this system, the sensor-based visual inertial initialization algorithm is studied, which is integrated in the two-frame image time interval to provide accurate initial values for vision-based motion estimation, improve the accuracy of the calculated posture, and finally improve the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction system. Based on the relationship between the depth image and the distance and reflectivity, a model for correcting the distance error and reflectivity error of the depth image is established to improve the accuracy of the depth image, and finally the accuracy of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the human body.

With information overload, a new feature of the Internet, a large amount of irrelevant, useless and redundant information on Weibo seriously interferes with people's accurate selection of required information. Users need to accurately and quickly obtain the marketing content they need through the media personalized recommendation system. This paper designs a media personalized recommendation system based on network algorithm, discusses the functional requirements of media personalized recommendation and the classification of personalized recommendation system based on network algorithm. Through the experimental test of the media personalized recommendation system, taking Weibo as an example, the data ratio between the number of effective recommendations and several users in each category is tested. The test results show that the correspondence rate between the information recommendation results and user interests of the personalized recommendation system studied in this paper is 79.7%, which indicates that the interest analysis of the user model of the media personalized recommendation system designed in this paper is more accurate. The validity of the algorithm is verified.

A network algorithm for the X chromosomal exact test for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium with multiple alleles

Statistical methodology for testing the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at X chromosomal variants has recently experienced considerable development. Up to a few years ago, testing X chromosomal variants for equilibrium was basically done by applying autosomal test procedures to females only. At present, male alleles can be taken into account in asymptotic and exact test procedures for both the bi- and multiallelic case. However, current X chromosomal exact procedures for multiple alleles rely on a classical full enumeration algorithm and are computationally expensive, and in practice not feasible for more than three alleles. In this article, we extend the autosomal network algorithm for exact Hardy-Weinberg testing with multiple alleles to the X chromosome, achieving considerable reduction in computation times for multiallelic variants with up to five alleles. The performance of the X chromosomal network algorithm is assessed in a simulation study. Beyond four alleles, a permutation test is, in general, the more feasible approach. A detailed description of the algorithm is given, and examples of X chromosomal indels and microsatellites are discussed.

The Anatomy of the SARS-CoV-2 Biomedical Literature: Introducing the CovidX network algorithm for Drug Repurposing Recommendation

Background: Driven by the COVID-19 pandemic and the dire need to discover an antiviral drug, we explored the landscape of the SARS-CoV-2 biomedical publications to identify potential treatments. Objective: The aims of this study are to identify off-label drugs that may have benefits for the coronavirus disease pandemic, present a novel ranking algorithm called CovidX to recommend existing drugs for potential repurposing, and validate the literature-based outcome with drug knowledge available in clinical trials. Methods: To achieve such objectives, we applied natural language processing techniques to identify drugs and linked entities (eg, disease, gene, protein, chemical compounds). When such entities are linked, they form a map that can be further explored using network science tools. The CovidX algorithm was based upon a notion that we called "diversity." A diversity score for a given drug was calculated by measuring how "diverse" a drug is calculated using various biological entities (regardless of the cardinality of actual instances in each category). The algorithm validates the ranking and awards those drugs that are currently being investigated in open clinical trials. The rationale behind the open clinical trial is to provide a validating mechanism of the PubMed results. This ensures providing up to date evidence of the fast development of this disease. Results: From the analyzed biomedical literature, the algorithm identified 30 possible drug candidates for repurposing, ranked them accordingly, and validated the ranking outcomes against evidence from clinical trials. The top 10 candidates according to our algorithm are hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, chloroquine, ritonavir, losartan, remdesivir, favipiravir, methylprednisolone, rapamycin, and tilorone dihydrochloride. Conclusions: The ranking shows both consistency and promise in identifying drugs that can be repurposed. We believe, however, the full treatment to be a multifaceted, adjuvant approach where

Connect to green: High-speed rail network and firms' environmental performance

High-speed rail (HSR) has completely revolutionized intercity travel, significantly impacting economic activities. Recent studies have increasingly focused on how HSR affects environmental pollution. Given China's extensive HSR policy in recent years, we extend this discussion in the context of China, introducing several new dimensions. Firstly, by manually collecting the daily operating routes of each HSR line in China, we construct a dynamic, directed, and weighted HSR network and provide a detailed description of the topological evolution of Chinese HSR from 2007 to 2014. Secondly, by employing network theory algorithms, we develop a city-level HSR strength index. This approach diverges from the commonly used multi-period difference- in-differences (DID) specification, allowing us to better address heterogeneity and discontinuity issues in identifying HSR effects. Thirdly, by leveraging the specific structure of the HSR network, we analyze how cities are interconnected and, for the first time, discuss the impact of "HSR-catalyzed supervision pressure"on firms' pollution performance. Our findings show that firms exposed to higher HSR service intensity are more likely to reduce their SO2 emissions, a result that remains robust across various checks and other pollutants. We propose an intercity interaction story, predicting that HSR facilitates spillovers among city groups, thereby increasing environmental supervision pressure from neighboring cities in the HSR network. In further empirical analysis, we identify three specific sources of supervision pressure: peer pressure, vertical pressure, and public pressure.

Characteristics of different swimming styles of swimming events based on artificial neural network data acquisition system

In recent years, remote data collection and remote monitoring technologies based on artificial neural networks have been increasingly used in various industries. In order to in-depth study whether the data collection system based on artificial neural network theory can analyze the characteristics of different strokes in swimming events, this paper uses simulation comparison method, data integration method, and step-by-step construction method to collect samples, analyze the data collection system, and streamline the algorithm. And integrate and create a data collection system that can analyze the characteristics of swimming styles. After constructing the system, select the image frequency 450 ms once, and set the signal frequency to 2.5 KHZ. Set the waveforms to sawtooth wave and sine wave, respectively;the voltage range of sine wave is - 6 to 8 V, and the sampling frequency is 250. The voltage range of the sawtooth wave is - 8 to 6 V, and the sampling frequency is 45 KHZ. Experiments show that the system basically works normally during the sampling process. To further study the stability of the system, this test is in a swimming pool with a one-story building with a relative humidity of 85%. It is set to send 110 data frames from the coordinator segment to the normal segment every 2.5 s. The acquisition success rate is 88% when there is interference and 96% when there is no interference, which is much higher than that when there is interference. Therefore, a retransmission mechanism must be used when designing the software for common segment points to ensure reliable data transmission. In general, the data acquisition system we designed basically meets the design standards. It is basically realized that starting from the artificial neural network, a data acquisition system that can analyze swimming styles is designed.

In this paper, we investigate the leaderless and the leader-follower coherence of tree-symmetric networks. Firstly, the analytical expressions for the product and the sum of the reciprocals of all nonzero Laplacian eigenvalues of tree-symmetric networks are computed. Secondly, comparing the leaderless and leader-follower coherence, the existence of leader nodes and network parameters have a great impact on the coherence in the noisy environment. Finally, the Laplacian eigenvalues of tree-symmetric networks were utilized to analyze other properties of the network. These research results have certain theoretical significance for the promotion of distributed system and block chain technology.

An investigation on environmental pollution due to essential heavy metals: a prediction model through multilayer perceptrons

This research is to predict heavy metal levels in plants, particularly in Robinia pseudoacacia L., and soils using an effective artificial intelligence approach with some ecological parameters, thereby significantly eliminating common defects such as high cost and seriously tedious and time-consuming laboratory procedures. In this respect, the artificial neural network (ANN) is employed to estimate the concentrations of essential heavy metals such as Fe, Mn and Ni, depending on the Cu and Zn concentrations of plant and soil samples collected from five different locations. The derived relative errors for the constructed ANN model have been computed within the ranges 0.041-0.051, 0.017-0.025, and 0.026-0.029 for the training, testing and holdout data regarding Fe, Mn, and Ni, respectively. In addition, it has been realized that the relative errors could be diminished up to 0.007 for Fe, 0.014 for Mn and 0.022 for Ni by considering the Cu, Zn, location and plant parts as independent variables during the analysis. The results produced seem instructive and pioneering for environmentalists and scientists to design optimal study programs to leave a livable ecosystem. Novelty statement The levels of essential heavy metals, Fe, Mn, Ni, based on Zn and Cu in plant and soil samples have been predicted through an AI-based prediction model, a class of feedforward artificial neural networks (ANNs) with a multilayer perceptron (MLP). Thereby common drawbacks such as high cost and severely time-consuming laboratory procedures have been significantly eradicated. In the evaluation of different pollution levels at locations, it has been shown that the ANN method can overcome several disadvantages of analytical element analyzers to monitor the amounts of heavy metals such as Fe, Mn, and Ni in soil and plants.

In order to solve the problem of too low total load of individual nodes, a dynamic network load evaluation algorithm based on throughput monitoring was proposed. The node monitoring quantity analysis and evaluation parameter determination were used to complete the monitoring description of the dynamic network throughput rate. On this basis, through the improvement of load effect, evaluation mechanism establishment and correction factor calculation, the new evaluation algorithm was completed. The experimental results showed that after applying the dynamic network load evaluation algorithm based on throughput monitoring, the problem of too low total load of individual nodes was effectively solved.

network traffic measurement is a fundamental part of many network applications, such as DDOS detection, capacity planning, and quality-of-service improvement. To achieve this, we need to count the number of packets passed during a past time interval. Traditionally, switches sample the packets and send them to the CPU for analysis. It is unavoidable that the sampling will sacrifice the measuring accuracy. Nowadays, programmable switches can keep the counters in the data plane. However, they still rely on the CPU to drain and clear the records periodically, which brings in too much communication latency. To overcome these disadvantages, we propose a metering mechanism under the RMT architectural model called SWAP. SWAP is carefully designed to count the number of packets during an interval accurately with little hardware resource usage. We prototype it using P4 and simulation results show SWAP achieves high efficiency and moderate accuracy at line speed.
