In this paper, we review two small-scale neural algorithms spike timing dependent plasticity process for learning and jamming avoidance response in Eigenmannia, discuss the marriage of those neural algorithm and photonics, as well as explore their real-life applications in human society.

This paper presents a hybrid method of neural network(NN) and fuzzy theory for a Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) controller of Low Earth Orbit(LEO) *** network has good capability of adaptive learning and prediction for various applications in controller design and system identification,which is applied to the PID controller finding for optimal parameters kp,ki and kd in real time [1].The fuzzy theory is adopted to adjust the rotation speed of motors to obtain accurate *** resolver feedback mechanism of actual angle indicator is used as a basis for performance *** results demonstrate the proposed NN-Fuzzy PID controller with better performance in LEO satellite tracking system.
