In order to effectively alleviate the problem of air traffic congestion and optimize flight schedules, a multi-airport ground holding model was built, which consists of the objective function of the minimum total delay time, the minimum time value loss of passengers and the minimum fuel consumption. Then, the non-dominatedsortinggeneticalgorithm with elite strategy (NSGA-ii) was used to solve this model. Finally, take the three main hub airports for verification. Compared with the results by the first come first service strategy, each goal has a significant improvement, which proves both model and algorithm are effective and can better meet actual needs.

Helmholtz coils are widely used in biomedicine, aerospace, and other fields due to their simple structure and remarkable magnetic properties. However, the uniform areas they generate are not suitable for conducting scientific experiments with large equipment. In order to improve the uniformity and scale of the uniform magnetic field, a novel scheme is proposed in this paper. Two auxiliary coils are added on both sides of the Helmholtz coils to optimize the magnetic field. The non-dominatedsortinggeneticalgorithm (NSGA-ii) was used to optimize the structural parameters of the improved model, while orthogonal experiments were conducted to obtain initial values for better adaptability of influencing factors. A comparison was made between the magnetic field deviation rates of the coil optimized by traditional derivative algorithms within a range of 0.2 m similar to 0.8 m from the central axis of the magnetic field. Finally, finite element simulation was employed to verify the calculated results. The results show that the magnetic field deviation rate of the coil is less than 0.5% when the intelligent algorithm is used for optimization in the range of 0.6 m from the central axis. In addition, the structure can be extended to a three-dimensional structure, which can achieve a constant magnetic field in any direction by controlling the size and direction of the current, making it a potential application prospect in magnetic navigation technology.

The growing concern about global climate change and the rapid development of rural areas highlight the need for energy efficient building design. This study aims to establish a multi-objective optimization model based on artificial neural network (ANN) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ii (NSGA-ii) to optimize the energy consumption of rural prefabricated buildings. Firstly, ANN and simulation technology are used to build building models and predict building energy consumption. Then, NSGA-iialgorithm was used to optimize the energy consumption and material selection of the building, and the best prefabricated building scheme was obtained. The experimental results show that the optimization efficiency of the model is about 95%, which is better than the traditional method. Specifically, compared with the NSGA-iialgorithm, the model reduces energy consumption by 16.7%, operating costs by 20.0%, and carbon emissions by 20.0%. When the cost optimization, energy consumption optimization and carbon emission optimization are difficult to balance, the average optimization efficiency of the research design method is about 90% when the cost optimization rate is low, and the other optimization rates are about 85% when the cost optimization rate rises to 50%. When the cost optimization reaches the maximum, the optimization rate remains at about 80%. These results show that the proposed model is robust and efficient. This study provides a comprehensive framework for designing sustainable and energy efficient rural prefabricated buildings that can help reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. It has positive significance in the sustainable development of rural economy and provides a new way of thinking for rural construction.
