In order to effectively reduce the probability of safety accidents in prefabricated building(PB) construction, optimize the reasonable allocation of safety investment, construction safety of PB was used as research object. By analyzing the key influencing factors, the prefabricated construction safety accident tree(FTA) was established, and the non-linear programming method was used in combination with the Cobb-Douglas function. Taking the minimum value of the top event occurrence probability as the objective function, an optimal allocation model of safety inputs was established. Sample projects were selected for case analysis. The research results show that daily safety management investment, safety education investment, and building construction sanitation measures investment can effectively reduce the probability of accidents. At present, construction enterprises generally have less investment in this area, which is far from reaching. The actual needs of the project, the enterprise should continue to increase these three inputs to achieve the best effect of controlling the probability of accidents.

Integration of renewable energy sources into conventional generation scheduling by considering economic and several environmental factors constitutes a multi-objective nonlinear optimization problem including several equality and inequality constraints. Main objective regarding generation scheduling is encountered in attaining least emission of pollutants at a reduced cost for short-term period maintaining the system constraints. This paper proposes a methodology of the short-term hydro-thermal-wind generation scheduling (ST-HTWGS) problem based on Crisscross optimization (CSO) algorithm. The simulation results indicate that proposed CSO algorithm provides a better solution regarding in terms of economy and at a reduced emission than the existing heuristic methods including various complex constraints of ST-HTWGS problems.

This paper introduces a two-stage service restoration method for active distribution networks, which exploits the control capabilities of distributed generation (DG) units. The proposed service restoration method aims at minimising the out of service area with the minimum control actions considering customer priorities and the variation of load demand and renewable generation. To facilitate the solution of service restoration problem, the proposed method consists of two stages. The first stage proposes a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model to determine the appropriate switch operations in order to restore the power supply to as many customers as possible. In the second stage, a nonlinear programming (NLP) model is proposed to calculate the steady state operating points of the network configuration calculated in the first stage that ensure the operation of the distribution network within its limits. Results on an 83-bus distribution system demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed method in solving the service restoration problem.
