In this paper, according to the problem that the classical Preisach hysteresis model cannot accurately describe the reversible magnetization in the process of material magnetization, the reversible magnetization component is calculated by using the experimental data of reversible permeability by analyzing the reversible magnetization process. At the same time, aiming at the problem that the distributionfunction is difficult to determine in irreversible magnetization, the inverted Preisach model based on the inverted switch operator and improved distributionfunction is proposed. By using the inverted switch hysteresis operator, the parametric distribution function is obtained. By coupling the waveform factor in the distributionfunction, the identification of hysteresis loop under low magnetic density is strengthened. The parameters of parametric distribution function are obtained by identifying the limit hysteresis loop by velocity-controlled particle swarm optimization (VCPSO) algorithm. In the numerical calculation, the amplitude correction coefficient in the discrete formula is extracted by the basic magnetization curve. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the hysteresis model are verified by experimental comparison.
