Nowadays instantaneous frequency measure(IFM) becomes one of (he key techniques during die electronic battle. The phase difference algorithm is one of the basic methods which is applied to measure instantaneous frequency. The paper describes the theory of phase difference algorithm and on a basis of this an ameliorative method is brought forward. Finally, the results of emulator indicate that me method is feasible.

Coriolis Mass Flowmeter (CMF) is widely used in industrial and life scenarios. With the complexity of working conditions increase, the signal processing algorithm of CMF requires higher speed. In this paper, the performance of Complex Coefficient Filter (CCF), Quadrature Demodulation (QD) and Hilbert algorithms is compared in terms of the rapidity of the algorithm, taking into account the anti-noise ability and accuracy. Through pulsating flow signal simulation, the tracking ability of the three algorithms for abrupt signals is compared. Through improved two-phase flow random walk model simulation, the fast solving performance and anti-noise ability of the three algorithms are compared, and the execution time of the algorithms is compared. The simulation results show that the capabilities of CCF and QD are better than Hilbert. Experiments of pulsating flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow are designed to verify the performance of CCF and QD algorithm. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy and repeatability of CCF algorithm are better than that of QD in pulsating flow. In gas-liquid two-phase flow, the measurement error of CCF algorithm is smaller than that of QD, and the repeatability is better than that of QD except for some points. When the liquid flow rate is constant, with the increase of gas content, the measurement error of the CCF algorithm is smaller than that of QD. When the flow pattern changes, the CCF algorithm can track the signal variation. With the speed of the algorithm increase, the ability of tracking changing signals is stronger, which is benefit for improving the accuracy of measuring gas-liquid two-phase flow and pulsating flow.

Electro-magnetic acoustic detection technique has become a new development trend of nondestructive testing because of its high detection efficiency, accurate detection results, etc, so it now has been widely adopted in the railway department of our country. When the signal is detected using electro-magnetic acoustic detection technique, the influence of the poor condition of wheel surface, the existing electromagnetic interference and other factors will enable different levels of noise to exist in the detected signal, which will affect the signal quality, thereby reducing the detection accuracy. After introducing the structure and principle of electro-magnetic acoustic detection system, this paper has put forward two noise suppression algorithms for the noise problem of the detection signal, namely, phase difference algorithm and adaptive filtering algorithm. On the premise of reserving the necessary signal waveform of system, the algorithms can effectively suppress the noise of a detected signal, improve the quality of a data waveform, and obtain good detection results. The paper also compares two algorithms and points out that the better detection accuracy can be obtained if combining the two algorithms. This work has certain inspiration to raise the accuracy of electro-magnetic acoustic detection results.

Recently, vehicles adopt the whistling system to attract other drivers' attention, however, whistling can cause great harm to the environment and human health. To eliminate the noise pollution, we have designed a new warning system-SVM. Due to the need of low-cost precise positioning in the three-dimensional space in SVM system, we have designed the phase difference Location (PDL) system, which combines the GPS system and the phase difference algorithm to achieve centimeter-level positioning. Thus, we have designed the Intelligent Hazard Pre-prediction (IHP) system, which combines the Vehicles Trajectory Prediction (VTP) algorithm with the Hazard Detection algorithm to determine whether the target vehicle should send the alert signals. The Hazard Pre-prediction (IHP) system, phase difference Location (PDL) system, wireless communication, and infrastructure components constitute the SVM system - vehicles' silent alert system.

A dispersion coefficient measurement of photonic crystal fiber by using white-light interferometry based technology is presented. A section of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) is fused in one arm of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer, and the relative phase, delay time and chromatic dispersion coefficient of PCF are calculated by sweeping the wavelength from 1525nm to 1565nm. A section of PCF with the length of 0.779m is measured and the experimental results are shown. The result indicates that the proposed method can measure the chromatic dispersion of PCFs with a reliable accuracy.

An efficient channelized structure of digital channelized receiver is derived and given in order to save a lot of resources of FPGA. The actual system is designed and CORDIC algorithm is adopted to realize the extraction of signal envelope and instantaneous phase and first order phase difference algorithm is used to realize instantaneous frequency measurement. The efficient channelized structure is verified correct by computer simulation and the function of instantaneous phase measurement and instantaneous frequency measurement is verified correct by system testing.

Harmonic current variation characteristics of shunt capacitors based on full-phase FFT algorithm

Shunt capacitors can effectively improve the system voltage level and increase the economy of grid operation. However, under the effect of harmonics, the capacitor bank is prone to harmonic resonance, which causes overcurrent and overvoltage and threatens the safe operation of the capacitor itself and the system. To avoid damage to capacitors due to harmonics, the harmonic current variation characteristics of shunt capacitors are investigated. Based on the established mathematical model of shunt capacitors, the characteristics of harmonic current amplification under different harmonic states are analyzed. Based on the amplification characteristics and sampling law, the harmonic current signal is acquired using the full-phase fast Fourier transform algorithm. The full-phase fast Fourier transform algorithm is improved by the phase difference algorithm to complete harmonic current detection. The experiments show that the dynamic response time is 1.6 cycles with minimum steady-state error before and after the load current jump. When the capacitor changes from unit power factor to 0.89 inductance, the harmonic current at point A changes from 17.59A to 21.34A and 11.65 to 22.38A, respectively. The deviation values are 3.75A and 10.73A, respectively. It shows that the algorithm has good tracking ability for load currents and can effectively detect the harmonic currents of shunt capacitors and obtain accurate variation characteristics. It can ensure that the harmonic content of the shunt capacitor in the distribution system is relatively reasonable, and realize the safe, stable and economic operation of the equipment.
