The results of direct comparisons between a 1-V NbN-based programmable superconductor-normal metal-superconductor (SNS) Josephson array and a conventional superconductor-insulator-superconductor (SIS) Josephson array showed an agreement with deviations of less than 0.4 nV at voltages between 0.1 and 1 V. Null detector fluctuations caused by external noises and environmental variations that couple to the measurement system limit the measurement accuracy.

The frequency of piezoelectric transducer requires stable and can also continuously tuning with the varying of load. The voltage requires being smooth and stable sine wave. To the two problems, a high precision power supply for low-frequency piezoelectric transducer is designed. It divides the whole frequency band into several small bands. By means of programmable array and phase-locked loop, the sine wave is digitally fitted individually at each small band. So the sine wave can be always suitable at the whole frequency band. At the power output, OCL complementally and symmetrical power amplifier is adapted. The output sine voltage becomes smooth and stable by adding voltage-negative-feedback to power amplifier.

Because of their flexibility and reprogrammability, FPGAs have been proposed for many uses in avionics. Existing commercial FPGAs, being fine-grained, are programmable at the bit level, allowing them to be used across a wide range of applications. Compared to an ASIC developed for a specific application, however, such a fine-grained FPGA consumes more power and exhibits higher latency and/or lower throughput. In this paper we describe RADAR - a coarse-grained, programmable, radiation-hardened array that exhibits power and throughput similar to ASICs, yet contains a high degree of programmability. Containing multipliers, adders, SRAMs and a programmable interconnect, RADAR is customized to the DSP domain and targets applications that require low power and high throughput. The degree of radiation hardening in RADAR is a programmable feature, allowing a tradeoff between radiation hardness, throughput, andpower.

The logical organization of a programmable cellular array is presented and discussed. This array is a two-dimensional array of identical cells, each of which can be programmed to one of 12 functional states. It is shown that by appropriate selection of the cell states, a useful class of microprograms can be realized with the array. The realization of a microprogram consists of two steps. First, each of the microinstructions of the program are implemented in a row of the array. Second, the control structure of the microprogram is realized by using some of the cells at the left end of each row to generate the control signals for the row.
