The evolution of Web technologies triggers the appearance of frameworks and libraries aiming to improve the work conducted by those who use them. To maximize customer satisfaction and create solutions under current market standards, companies must adapt their products, with focus on web-based solutions, to enhance the usability and the flow of their use. In this way, this paper presents a real case study, where the company humansoft, revised one of its main solutions, humanportal, using one of the most recent and used web technology, ***. *** is a framework specially designed to deal with the visualization layer of web applications and their use in a business context, namely in the human resources management field, which is the focus of the humanportal solution. With this process, there was a real customer satisfaction degree, having them highlighted the greater flexibility and ease of use of the product, thus allowing optimization and capability of the human resources management procedures.

We report on the development of react-bratus, a prototype providing developers with an interactive web-based component hierarchy visualization for react-based projects. We continuously evaluate react-bratus in multiple iterations with junior developers and find that component hierarchy visualizations are a promising tool for helping novice developers reverse engineer react-based applications.

We present a graphical front-end interface for creating dynamical web pages by means of ***. Its user does not have to write JavaScript codes for specifying the dynamical behaviour of the web components but has only to draw state-transition diagrams graphically on the developed graphical editor. Using the graphical editor, the user draws a state-transition diagram that specifies the dynamical behaviour of each web component in terms of circles representing the states of the component and arrows representing the conditional transitions among the states. Then, the developed translator converts the state-transition diagrams into web components of *** in JavaScript that constitute the target web page. This system of the graphical editor and the translator enables general users without knowledge and experiences in programming to create dynamical web pages. Aspiring programmers may start learning JavaScript and *** by comparing their diagrams and the translated JavaScript codes.

Facial recognition-based emotion detection technology has the potential to enhance the voter experience by providing real-time feedback on the emotional responses of voters during the voting process. This technology can be integrated with voting machines or mobile apps to capture voters' facial expressions and analyze them using machine learning algorithms to determine their emotions. The resulting data can be used to tailor the voter experience, such as providing additional assistance to voters who appear confused or frustrated. However, there are also potential privacy concerns and ethical considerations that must be addressed in implementing this technology. Overall, facial recognition-based emotion detection has the potential to improve the voter experience, but careful consideration must be given to the potential benefits and risks. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the key factors that determines the loss of agricultural production and in its yield is the discernment and recognition of plant diseases. Plant disease research is the investigation of any visible points of defects in any portion of the plant that differentiates it from others. Identifying the disease requires a great deal of effort and competence, as well as extensive knowledge of plants and disease detection investigations. The methods of image accession, extraction, segmentation, and pre-processing of the image's layers, are used to detect diseases, commonly, and still here. This paper presents the technical architecture of our solution, highlighting the integration of Python, FastAPI, and *** to detect plant diseases and demonstrates its effectiveness through comprehensive testing and evaluation. The results indicate high accuracy in disease detection and underscore the system's potential to revolutionize potato crop health monitoring. © 2023 IEEE.

Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací spouštění single page JavaScript aplikace Kentico Kontent. Soustředí se zejména na rozdělení JavaScript knihoven a balíčků do samostatných souborů podle různých kritérií. Provedené úpravy v aplikaci jsou členěny do několika scénářů. Pro každý ze scénářů bylo provedeno šest druhů měření, díky kterým bylo zjištěno, jaký dopad mají provedené změny na rychlost načítání aplikace a množství přenesených dat ze serveru ke klientovi. Výsledkem práce je návrh úprav, díky kterým se aplikace spouští rychleji, protože je ze serveru přenesen menší objem dat a aplikace zvládne využít efektivněji mezipaměť prohlížeče.

Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením aplikace pro detekci technologií použitých na webových stránkách a následnému zjištění jejich zranitelností. Aplikace je implementována s využitím Symfony Frameworku a knihovny ***. Zdrojem informací o zranitelnostech je databáze NVD spolu s daty ze služby GitHub. Kromě detekce technologií, umožňuje aplikace uživateli manuálně vytvářet vlastní sady technologií a ty poté sdílet pomocí URL adresy.
