We presented a network analyzer sharing system that allows multiple user to access a single vector network analyzer. The system consists of hardware that is switching module to extend two-port VNA into multiple ports and software that distributes measurement signals eight port. The hardware uses SP4T switches to simplify the system. The software uses an automatic channel switching time setting algorithm to prevent signal distortion or abnormal signals. To validate this system, we conducted an experiment measuring a device under test. Experimental results validate the measurement performance of the sharing system.

Nowadays, computer-aided design (CAD) finds many applications in the development and analysis of manipulators and robots. It accurately reflects the design features of the considered mechanical system, including the geometry and material of its links. This article applies CAD tools to analyze a workspace of a 6-DOF foldable parallel manipulator with a circular rail (FoldRail manipulator). The article proposes an algorithm to determine a translation (constant orientation) workspace of the manipulator using a geometrical method implemented in the SolidWorks software. The combination of this method and a CAD model of the manipulator allows considering all of its design features. The results are presented for the horizontal and tilted orientations of the output link.

The air data system measures and provides vital information like an aircraft's speed, altitude, and other safety parameters essential for flight. Errors in such critical system components result in loss of control of the aircraft, leading to aircraft crashes. Thus, redundancy for this critical component is highly important. The proposed work introduces a new method for identifying problems with the air data sensor in an airplane. Current techniques involve a complicated voting system that requires multiple sensors to function properly. However, this new approach uses analytic redundancy to monitor the sensor's performance continuously, which is more desirable than relying on air data probe measurements. The method involves using a mathematical model that considers only the inertial measurement unit and navigation system data to estimate air data and detect faults in the sensors. The robust three-stage unscented Kalman filter is used to provide an accurate estimation. By comparing the estimated data with the physical measurements, the algorithm can track the performance of each sensor and identify any faults. The algorithm is tested in X-Plane software and validated using real-time data from a Cessna Citation II transport aircraft. A sensor stuck fault was introduced twice in the 60-second run time. The UKF outperformed the novel EKF in most of the cases and showed its robustness during various fault conditions with a 1–2 % deviation in RMSE values. The results obtained showed that the estimated data can be used as a replacement for a redundant sensor, reducing the complexity and cost of these sensors.

software testing is indeed an important part of the application development. In order to identify the bugs, present in the developed source code, software testing techniques are applied. The testing method considers various test cases provided to meet the software outcome on demand. The emerging growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and machine learning (ML) techniques reduces the complexity in test case running sequences, as the AI algorithms reduces the frequently repeated test cases, accelerating the processing depth by understanding the pattern of test logs etc. The comprehensive study is proposed on optimization of test case execution on development of web applications is given. The challenges in existing implementations such as latency, duplicate test cases, redundant test cases are considered. The proposed model is developed with a novel architecture using a case study on machine learning model named Regressive vector analysis (RV A). Since the optimization process increase the quality of the test sequence, the quantitative outcome of the test model is improved. The system achieved with accuracy of 92 % and Mathew's correlation constant (MCC) is 98%.

We propose an algorithm to detect wormhole attacks based on the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) for mobile networks which use On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol. This novel approach differs from all existing methods, requiring no extra hardware or software equipment, and offers a simple detection method by avoiding complex calculations. Wormhole attacks, being among the most harmful, can result in data theft, discarding, tampering, and can even facilitate other attacks. Current defense algorithms typically require additional hardware or software and involve complex calculations at each node, sometimes failing in certain scenarios. Our algorithm aims to overcome these limitations.

Recently, there has been an extensive research effort in building efficient large language model (LLM) inference serving systems. These efforts not only include innovations in the algorithm and software domains but also constitute developments of various hardware acceleration techniques. Nevertheless, there is a lack of simulation infrastructure capable of accurately modeling versatile hardware-software behaviors in LLM serving systems without extensively extending the simulation *** paper aims to develop an effective simulation tool, called LLMServingSim, to support future research in LLM serving systems. In designing LLMServingSim, we focus on two limitations of existing simulators: (1) they lack consideration of the dynamic workload variations of LLM inference serving due to its autoregressive nature, and (2) they incur repetitive simulations without leveraging algorithmic redundancies in LLMs. To address these limitations, LLMServingSim simulates the LLM serving in the granularity of iterations, leveraging the computation redundancies across decoder blocks and reusing the simulation results from previous iterations. Additionally, LLMServingSim provides a flexible framework that allows users to plug in any accelerator compiler-and-simulation stacks for exploring various system designs with heterogeneous processors. Our experiments demonstrate that LLMServingSim produces simulation results closely following the performance behaviors of real GPU-based LLM serving system with less than 14.7% error rate, while offering 91.5× faster simulation speed compared to existing accelerator simulators.

Scaling up the number of qubits and accelerating quantum algorithms are important steps towards reaching quantum advantage. This poses heavy demands, as pulses need to be distributed to an increasing number of control channels and variational algorithms require rapid interleaving of quantum and classical computation. Assessing the bottlenecks in the control stack is therefore key to prepare it for reaching quantum advantage. However, existing benchmark suites suffer from indirect access to control hardware, limiting accuracy. In this work, we present Q-Profile, a tool to profile quantum control stacks using a direct connection from the host CPU to the control stack, providing fine accuracy in measuring runtime and allowing to identify performance bottlenecks. We demonstrate our tool by benchmarking the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm on a Qblox Cluster for a virtual 4 to 14-qubit transmon system and identify the major execution bottlenecks. We estimate a 1.40x total runtime speedup by using an active qubit reset, and demonstrate a further 1.37x speedup by parallel control module initialization. The presented method of profiling is included in the open-source Quantify quantum control software, making it applicable to other control-stack providers and to other benchmarks, while still providing detailed information. By extension, this tool will enable identifying and eliminating bottlenecks for future quantum acceleration.

Mobile applications have become an essential part of daily life. The tourists develop their tourist attractions and other facilities, which were being struggled after making plans within constraints. However, it is still incomplete and calls for some fine-tuning mechanisms with a view to creating the ideal tourist itinerary. This research has proposed a hybrid mobile app that integrates web scraping with machine learning technology to enhance the trip experience of visitors. The software does web scraping to scrape data in real time from several sites for bookings of hotels, flights, cabs, and food services with one interface. In solving the challenge of personalized tour planning, this app makes use of powerful machine learning techniques: K-Nearest Neighbors and matrix factorization-based recommendation algorithms. These algorithms consider user preferences for budget, length of travel, ratings, and other constraints while making personalized recommendations for tourism sites and activities. software is constantly reacting to user feedback and behavior to enhance the relevance of recommendations over time. Unique in its method, it enables trip planning not only by unifying services but also makes sure travelers make informed and cost-effective decisions. It represents a huge step forward in intelligent, user-centric travel solutions by embedding the powers of web scraping for extensive data gathering and machine learning for personalization.

The In the current environment, fossil-fuel-based energy generation systems are declining dramatically, due to their limited abundance and their negative impact on nature. Thus, in this study, solar is selected as the energy source for power generation, due to its ease of implementation and environmental friendliness. The non-linear characteristics of the PV system make it more difficult to attain the maximum power point (MPP). In order to test the efficiency and performance of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Cuckoo Search (CS) technique-based MPPT to track optimal power working, it is imperative to study the PV system under partial shading and standard conditions. The acquired results demonstrate the superiority of CS-based MPPT compared with PSO in terms of response speed while failing to require the exact global MPP (GMPP). The proposed system is performed using the MATLAB/Simulink software.
