This research aims to predict handwritten digits using the innovative Novel Progressive VGG19 algorithm, contrasting the SVM performance. The Novel Progressive VGG19 is applied to a sample size of 74 sets, while the SVM algorithm is utilized with a sample mean size of 74 sets, totaling 148 sets for comprehensive comparison and heightened research accuracy. Mean accuracy is computed using ClinCalc software in supervised learning, adopting an alpha value of 0.5, a G-Power value of 80%, and a 95% confidence interval. The Novel Progressive VGG19 achieves an accuracy of 74.65%, surpassing the SVM algorithm’s accuracy of 52.32%. An Independent Samples T-Test indicates a significant p-value of 0.000 ($\mathrm{p}(\lt){0. 0 5}$), affirming statistical significance. Through this investigation, the Novel Progressive VGG19 algorithm is evaluated against the SVM algorithm, revealing the former’s superior performance. The results establish that the Novel Progressive VGG19 exhibits greater accuracy and precision in predicting handwritten digits compared to the SVM algorithm.

This paper proposed a novel chaotic image scrambling scheme based on dynamic twice interval-division. The new algorithm works quickly, and has a large cryptographic key space. The paper also analyzed the scrambling performance of the new algorithm statistically. The results indicate that the new algorithm can provide high level security owing to making the relations between the consecutive values of chaotic sequence more complex.

This article reports an experimental system of light health and therapy driven by Artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Light health and therapy, also known as phototherapy, is a therapy used to treat a variety of depression and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Seasonal Affective disorder (SAD) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Light therapy affect activity, functional connectivity and plasticity of multiple brain regions by adjusting the frequency and color temperature of illuminating system. The retina converts photon into electrical signals and transmits these stimulus into central nervous system to make resonances and oscillations to boost human mood and improve cognitive function. In life science, non-imaging vision system refers to light signal projected to the higher brain region through intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cell (ipRGC cell) to participate in the regulation of circadian rhythm, emotion, cognition and other functions. The mechanism of this physiological phenomenon is not fully understood. This article introduce AI technology to make a closed loop experimental system to study this phenomenon. The goal of this paper is to use AI technology to analyze the input light stimulus and human physiological electrical signals, and try to find out the corresponding nonlinear relationship to guide the stimulation of light therapy.

The expansion of the aviation sector, especially in low-altitude airspace, is driving the need for integration of conventional Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM). This integration is also important to accelerate the uptake of emerging Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) technologies and the establishment of feasible use cases for both urban and regional transport modes. To this end, this paper presents the conceptual design of an Intelligent Cyber Physical System (ICPS) for Multi-Domain Traffic Management (MDTM), which is intended to facilitate the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of manned and unmanned aircraft. This ICPS is based on recent advances in Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems for ATM, along with onboard Avionics (CNS+A), with automated decision-making functions to guarantee Separation Assurance and Collision Avoidance (SACA) in both cooperative and non-cooperative scenarios. The proposed ICPS design utilizes multi-objective 4D trajectory (4DT) optimization algorithms and intelligent Demand-Capacity Balancing (DCB), providing an effective solution to multi-domain airspace management. This paper sheds light on the benefits and challenges of this integrated approach and presents the overall MDTM architecture, focusing on the hardware components and software functions required in both the aircraft Flight Management Systems (FMS) and ground-based Decision Support Systems (DSS). Moreover, an innovative methodology for calculating the safe separation distance between manned and unmanned aircraft is presented, showing the effect of using different CNS technologies on the safe separation distance and avoidance volume.

This research is devoted to the design and implementation of an automatic search and rescue UAV system based on Jetson Nano and PX4 Pixhawk. The system combines advanced color recognition algorithm and efficient automatic search and rescue strategy, aiming at accurately recognizing the color of the target and performing corresponding rescue tasks in complex environment. Through careful hardware design and software implementation, this article successfully constructs a stable and reliable UAV system, and verifies its performance in the test environment. The test results show that the system has high-precision color recognition ability and efficient search and rescue efficiency. No matter what lighting conditions, this method can maintain a stable recognition rate, and the recognition rate is mostly close to or reaches 100%, which has good robustness and real-time performance. Through the continuous development of technology, it is believed that the automatic search and rescue UAV system will play an increasingly important role in the future rescue field and provide more effective protection for people's lives and property.

As modern control theory attempts to elucidate the complexity of systems that combine differential equations and event-driven logic, it must overcome challenges having to do with limited expressive power as well as practical difficulties associated with translating control algorithms into robust and reusable software. The Motion Description Language (MDL) and its "extended" counterpart MDLe, have been at the center of an ongoing effort to make progress on both of these fronts. The goal of this paper is to define MDLe as a formal language, thereby connecting with the vast literature on the subject, and to stimulate experimental work. We discuss the expressive power of MDLe and provide some examples of MDLe programs.

This paper researches the consensus mechanism of Ethereum, focusing on the analysis and research of the consensus algorithm. The consensus algorithm is the kernel of Ethereum implementation, which is the most computationally intensive, time-consuming and occupies much memory. The concrete implementation architecture and method of heterogeneous operation are analyzed and implemented on the Xilinx ZCU106 platform. Finally, the verification content has been obtained.

We introduce three new databases of ambulatory Continuous ECG Recordings. The databases consist of 24-hour Holter records acquired in clinical practice from various acquisition devices, including longer recordings from new patch devices. All cardiac events, both rhythm and beat annotations, have been manually reviewed and adjusted by an expert cardiologist with more than 25 years of experience on reviewing Holter data. ECG recordings are organized in different categories based on the predominant arrhythmic events. The databases (total of 1300 records) have been annotated and can be reviewed by CER-S, a software platform used to manage multi-vendor continuous ECG data. CER-S includes two automatic algorithms: 1) ABILE, for the detection of ECG beats and for arrhythmia assessment and 2) BRAVO for the quantitative measurement of the ECG waveforms), either at the beat level or on Time-averaged templates. CER-S has a rich graphical interface with several tools for optimal review and editing both at the ECG beat and arrhythmia level. The tool allows manual entry of other arrhythmia not yet automatically detected by ABILE algorithm and the customization of a clinical report.

With the continuous development of IoT (internet of things), the era of the Internet of everything is coming. In the context of the Internet of everything, AI (artificial intelligence) technology plays a vital role in all fields. In the face of massive data and equipment and efficient performance requirements, new requirements are put forward for the development of IoT and AI. Based on the introduction of the development of AI technology and IoT standard, this paper illustrates the symbiotic relationship between IoT and AI through the application cases of IoT and AI. Furthermore, the possible future research directions and objectives in the field of AI and IoT are discussed, and the two will continue to maintain the intertwined relationship to move forward.

The next generation of advanced mechatronic systems is expected to use its software to exploit local and global networking capabilities to enhance their functionality and to adapt their local behavior when beneficial. Such systems will therefore include complex hard real-time coordination at the network level. This coordination is further reflected locally by complex reconfiguration in form of mode management and control algorithms. We present in this paper the integration of two tools which allow the integrated specification of real-time coordination and traditional control engineering specifically targeting the required complex reconfiguration of the local behavior.
