Under the dual carbon target, a new type of power system dominated by new energy is rapidly developing, exhibiting characteristics such as high proportion of new energy generation, high degree of power electronicization, and high coupling between AC and DC, leading to the continuous expansion of distribution network scale and increasing complexity. Its operating status directly affects the stability and safety of the power system. Therefore, How to ensure the safe and stable operation of the distribution network is a hot research topic and an urgent problem that needs to be solved. With the continuous in-depth research and exploration of synchronous vector measurement equipment by major universities and research institutions, the hardware solutions and software algorithms for detection have become more perfect and stable. However, due to the high hardware cost of the current solution, it is difficult to achieve large-scale application in the field of power distribution, This article proposes a low-cost synchronous phasor measurement device designed for distribution networks based on the main control chip (SCM630) of Beijing Smart-chip Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., which is equipped with a synchronous clock chip and a high-precision AD sampling chip. The device aims to improve the perception and active control capabilities of distribution network operation, ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution networks, and provide fault diagnosis and parameter identification for distribution networks Dynamic control and other necessary preparations are provided.

JVT/H.264 achieves higher compression efficiency than previous video coding standards such as MPEG4 and H.263. However, this comes at the cost of increased complexity due to the use of variable block-size, multiple reference frame motion compensation, and other advanced coding algorithms. In this paper, we present a fast motion estimation algorithm. This algorithm is based on an adaptive search strategy and a flexible multi-frame search scheme. Compared to the H.264 reference software JM 8.5, this algorithm achieves, on average, a 522% reduction of encoding time, with negligible PSNR drop and bit-rate increase. Performance comparison results are described, and the architecture of a complexity-aware streaming server that applies the algorithm to provide differentiated services is discussed.

Complex robots that interact naturally with humans require the integration, coordination and maintenance of many diverse software components and algorithms. An architecture that incorporates explicit knowledge about the relationships among these components and the overall system state can be used for introspection and consequently to reason about the best configurations of the computing environment under changing conditions; potential uses include maintaining the system's integrity, promoting its health, and providing the ability to dynamically reconfigure system components (e.g., after component failure). In this paper, we describe a rudimentary reasoning system, part of our distributed integrated affect reflection cognition (DIARC) architecture for human-robot interaction, that can autonomously perform failure detection, failure recovery, and system reconfiguration of distributed architectural components to ensure sustained operation and interactions. We demonstrate the functionality and utility of the proposed mechanisms on a robot, where architectural components are forcefully removed by hand and automatically recovered by the system while the robot is continuing its interactions with humans as part of a joint human-robot task.

As wireless technologies and mobile are continuously expanding, it become necessary for future wireless communication to incorporate multiple networks with unique features. Mobile devices must seamlessly switch between networks with varying access interfaces and technologies to meet user demands for connectivity anytime and anywhere for all type of service. Although next-generation wireless networks offer improved data offerings, maintaining quality of service but maintain a seamless connection is still a big issue. To ensure optimal network connections, numerous vertical handoff protocols have been developed, and this paper provides an overview and categorization of these schemes and their characteristics. Additionally, we compare Quality of Service (QoS) aware vertical handoff algorithm with some of the existing techniques. The QoS aware handoff procedures reduce the handoff delay, handoff failure probability, and energy consumption which result the better handoff. The whole research is performed on NS2 software where it's demonstrated that proposed research approach may result better result than existing approach.

In recent years, legacy networks have evolved to incorporate the use of programmability features with the aim of improving performance and resource utilisation. In achieving this goal, packets need to be monitored and classified. In this study, an optimal monitoring tool is used in capturing the packets or flows in an emulated software Defined Wide Area Network using GNS3. The network architecture is implemented using two hosts communicating to a server integrated with a machine learning (ML) model (python based) to classify real network packets. The ML model is achieved using the Decision Tree algorithm based on python programming. The proposed implementation ensures the ML algorithm efficiently classifies and segments various packets in the network in a database structure. This testbed can be effectively implemented in a real network scenario, and packet data can be captured and analysed into a database structure which can be used for further analysis such as congestion window or throughput for improving network performance and resource utilisation.

The multiplier is a crucial piece of hardware that plays a substantial role in the overall power consumption of most CPUs. The output state of this circuit is the sum of its two input signals. The two most fundamental building blocks of multipliers are a full adder and a half adder. Different design implementations of a full adder and half adder circuits have been used to produce an optimized multiplier circuit that incorporates pass transistor logic, Different multiplication algorithm strategies, such as Wallace tree multiplication, booth's algorithm, standard array multiplier, radix-4 multiplier technique, Vedic mathematics, Dadda's algorithm, and others, can also be utilized to create the multiplier. In this work we compare the result with power, delay and transistor count for different techniques and methods. One of the most efficient algorithms for low power and high speed architectures is the Dadda algorithm. The AND gate, half adder, and full adder circuits are the key building elements of the multiplier, resulting in a reduction in overall power consumption and latency. These major building blocks will be implemented using Hybrid (CMOS process and transmission gate logic) technique and GDI technique. The multiplier's efficiency will next be compared in terms of power dissipation, latency, and area using Cadence tools. And also the 4 bit multiplier is enhanced to 8 bit multiplier using the Dadda algorithm and this will be implemented in Xilinx ISE software using Verilog language and RTL schematic will be designed.

Information security degree under the environment of cloud computing platform directly affect the user's data security problem, and the use of encryption algorithm that provides superior characteristics can make up for disadvantages caused by relying on software security strategy, which is more effective and stable to overcome the difficulty and challenge faced by the information security. In this paper, through studying the basic thoughts of the elliptic curve encryption algorithm, an optimized method from the aspect of dynamic is designed based on elliptic curve encryption algorithm of cloud data protection technology to ensure the system running safely and efficiently, and the safety test is made in Matlab software. Experimental results show that the designed cloud data encryption technology based on ECC algorithm has high security and running speed, and it can effectively protect the security and stability of cloud platform data.

With the advancement of network technology, the methods of network attacks have become increasingly diverse. To counter these threats, traditional machine learning and deep learning techniques have been employed to detect and classify network traffic, leading to significant progress in the field. However, single classification methods often struggle with distinguishing between data categories that share similar characteristics, and there has been limited exploration of hybrid models for classifying anomalous network traffic. In this paper, we develop a hybrid model composed of a improved Random Forest classifier and frequent itemset mining to address these challenges by studying anomalous network traffic data. Through various evaluation metrics and experiments, we demonstrate that this hybrid model effectively leverages the advantages of different classification methods while mitigating the confusion inherent in single-model classifications. The final classification results outperform those achieved by single classifiers without hybridization.

With the rapid development of m-commerce, predicting user's navigation and making the service recommendation become more and more important. Most researches focus on predicting user's navigation using context history and user preferences. But, the influence of the attributes of a service has been ignored. Simultaneously, some attributes are variable, so the recommendations are changeable. Therefore, the paper proposes an attribute-based scheme for service recommendation based on CASUP (context-aware system considering user preference). In proposed approach, the services are classified into several service clusters, and the service recommendations are carried out using Apriori algorithm and ant colony algorithm. Finally, the proposed model is validated by several simulation experiments, which demonstrate the effects of the service attributes in m-commerce.
