The article is devoted to the development of new fault location algorithms based on emergency mode parameters at instantaneous values on overhead power transmission lines of 110 kV and above. Increasing the accuracy of fault location algorithms is an important and urgent task. The methodological and simulation errors of fault location are directly related to the configuration of the power transmission line. The presence of parallel power transmission lines, mutual induction or branch substations affects the accuracy of fault location. In this work, the authors modernize their own previously developed fault location algorithms based on instantaneous values for complex power transmission line configurations. The developed fault location algorithms do not require additional corrections or means for processing primary signals and can be successfully applied when using data from digital in-strumental transformers. The studies of the algorithms were carried out on the simulation models of the overhead power lines in the Simulink/MATLAB software package. The remote fault location of the damage was carried out according to the parameters of the emergency mode. The assignment of parameters for the simulation modeling is carried out using the Monte Carlo method with subsequent statistical processing of the results and the construction of a justified inspection zone.

The existing architecture for intent-based systems consists of four blocks: Intent translation, resolution, activation, and assurance. Such architecture, even though straightforward for small problems, results in prohibitively complex to maintain codebase for larger problems. This is due to mixing three distinct aspects of autonomous systems: optimal control, decision support functionality, and game-theory aspects. To handle this complexity, partitioning and agent-based approaches are used. These help to some extent but either directly result in sub-optimality or rapidly lead to complexity-induced stagnation of the intent system. Moreover, optimization and control theory aspects are afterthoughts. We propose an architecture that is based on optimal control abstracting the system (i.e., plant) for a decision support system which in turn consults a game theory core. This way, almost all decision theory questions are isolated in the optimal control core and game theory questions in game theory core. This separation of concerns enables agnostic algorithms capable of handling many users, intents, and components, along with their dynamic changes, optimally and without requiring changes in the codebase of the intent system.

The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the role of text summarization software (TSumSf) in modern education, aiming to improve learning efficiency and save time for learners. The study uses the BERT algorithm to compare the summarization capabilities of tools such as Copilot, QuillBot, and Chat GPT and compare the similarity (Sim) to the original text while providing information on condensation, accuracy, and time-saving ability. The results show that Copilot is suitable for abstract natural science and computer science texts that need to condense the content, while QuillBot is suitable for natural science articles. Chat GPT provides an overview, suitable for journalistic, literary, and technical-scientific texts. The choice of text summarization tools should be based on the specific purpose of use, thereby best supporting learners in accessing and processing information. Following this study, it was found that the summary ratio ranged from Sim = 0.83 to Sim = 0.97. In addition, the study also highlighted the importance of user perception of the usefulness and effectiveness of these tools, along with reliable infrastructure and seamless integration into the educational system.

Regarding the problems in the training of engineers in Chinese universities, such as insufficient personalized training methods for different students, the effectiveness of student training needs to be pursued for excellence, sustainable personnel training path needs to be continuously improved, an original path for sustainable excellent engineer cultivation is proposed on the basis of intelligent augmentation (IA) in this paper. Firstly, in order to achieve friendly “human-machine coexistence”, a novel excellent engineer cultivation IA interaction framework is designed. Then, the modelling of IA-based engineers training is expressed by fitting with three methods based on Matlab software. Next, IA-based excellent engineer cultivation strategy is obtained by different optimization algorithms, such as sparrow search algorithm (SSA), particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO), and human evolutionary optimization algorithm (HEOA), so to provide users with personalized training strategies based on their individual needs. After that, an IA-based sustainable excellent engineer cultivation measure is given. Finally, by the case analysis on students from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the feasibility and effect of the proposed path for sustainable excellent engineer cultivation is verified effectively.

Classroom scheduling is vital but difficult for educational institutions, especially those with large student populations and diverse needs. Traditional methods using outdated software or manual processes often cause inefficiencies, disagreements, and administrative workload. In low-resource regions without access to cutting-edge technology and infrastructure, these issues are severe. This paper introduces Android-based SmartClass Mobile to transform classroom scheduling. The program's SOA-based functionality offers flexibility, adaptability, and integration with institution-specific procedures. The Heuristic algorithm and Solution Space Navigation (SSN) tackle scheduling problems such as room availability, multimedia needs, and seating capacities. SSN dynamically resolves conflicts by exploring alternate configurations, while the Heuristic Algorithm assigns time slots and classrooms depending on availability and priority. SmartClass Mobile analysis indicates benefits. The solution reduces conflicts, increases user satisfaction, and decreases scheduling time by 50% compared to manual methods with 85% test user approval. Due to its mobile-first approach, the initiative is open to urban and rural institutions. Dependence on internet access for some functions is a downside, especially in resource-constrained contexts. The findings suggest that SmartClass Mobile provides a scalable, effective, and simple classroom scheduling solution. Mobile technology, advanced algorithms, and SOA concepts make it valuable for school administrators. Additions like AI and machine learning will boost its potential.

This paper presents an open-source, lightweight, yet comprehensive software framework, named RPC, which integrates physics-based simulators, planning and control libraries, debugging tools, and a user-friendly operator interface. RPC enables users to thoroughly evaluate and develop control algorithms for robotic systems. While existing software frameworks provide some of these capabilities, integrating them into a cohesive system can be challenging and cumbersome. To overcome this challenge, we have modularized each component in RPC to ensure easy and seamless integration or replacement with new modules. Additionally, our framework currently supports a variety of model-based planning and control algorithms for robotic manipulators and legged robots, alongside essential debugging tools, making it easier for users to design and execute complex robotics tasks. With the rapid development of information technology, data security and privacy protection have become increasingly prominent key issues. This paper mainly focuses on the adaptation of homomorphic encryption schemes in deep learning applications. Firstly, the theoretical foundation of homomorphic encryption is expounded, including the encryption principle of the homomorphic encryption algorithm. Then, the performance, advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream homomorphic encryption schemes are deeply compared to select the most suitable homomorphic encryption scheme for deep learning. Finally, the paper summarizes and puts forward some deficiencies of the homomorphic encryption scheme in the field of deep learning.

The advancement of Big Data has posed significant challenges for intrusion detection systems (IDS) due to the high dimensionality and volume of data, which impairs traditional IDS methods' effectiveness. Addressing this, our study presents a novel hybrid feature selection technique that integrates hybrid feature selection, correlation-based feature selection (CFS), and dominance-based Initial set algorithms. The method aims to enhance classifier performance by reducing non-correlation and inconsistencies within Big Data, streamlining the decision analysis process. The method prioritizes computational efficiency and classification accuracy by applying three algorithms in sequence, beginning with data reduction and ending with feature extraction using Wicca software. The experiments and evaluations conducted on Korean datasets with different properties and sizes confirm the reliability of the proposed approach. The methodology significantly improves classification accuracy, outperforming traditional models with a notable 97% accuracy for both the Neural Network (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers and a 65% accuracy for Logistic Regression (LR).

Justification. Currently, automotive research organizations around the world are actively developing in the field of contactless power supply for electric vehicles. The main advantage of such systems is the ability to replenish energy reserves on board the vehicle during its movement without using a sliding contact. The aim of the work is to increase the energy efficiency of an electric vehicle through the use of a capacitiveinductive power supply system. Materials and methods. Numerical methods of mathematical analysis and electrical engineering were used in the research. The MatLab Simulink application software is used for mathematical modeling. Results. An electrical circuit of a capacitive-inductive power supply system has been developed and an algorithm for its operation in a motion cycle has been determined. A review and analysis of modern research and development developments on the topic of work, as well as various contactless power supply systems for electric vehicles, is carried out. A resonant contactless power supply system with a single primary winding as a method of energy transfer and an ionistor battery as a storage method were chosen as the object of research. Conclusion. The proposed system of traction electrical equipment and the algorithm of its operation can be used by automotive enterprises and research institutes for the design of urban passenger vehicles.

The article proposes an redactable blockchain scheme that realizes full editing operations in a private chain environment. Compared with ordinary editable blockchain schemes, this scheme adopts a double-trapdoor chameleon hash family based on both one-time trapdoor and long-term trapdoor to realize update, insertion, and deletion operations on the data on the chain. Moreover, block administrators with trapdoor keys do not need to recalculate the hash value when modifying the data, which reduces the computation and storage cost and is friendly to users with limited resources. Also, we demonstrate the security of the proposed scheme. The final performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme has good efficiency and performance compared to schemes that use accumulators for full edit operations.
