Pedestrian detection is a significant task with many applications including smart vehicles, surveillance and robotics. Due to the variations in appearance, pose, color, illumination and interference, accuracy and robustness in pedestrian detection are desired to be improved. This paper proposes a new method that introduces Choquet integral to fuse the Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and local binary pattern (LBP) descriptor in parallel. The fusion descriptor is used as a detector for pedestrian detection with Support Vector Machine (svm) algorithm. Experiments are carried out on the INRIA Person Dataset and the results validate the efficiency of the proposed method.

In recent years,the application of machine learning in quantitative trading has attracted more and more *** this paper,a new support vector machine algorithm based on nearest neighbor method and improved discrete particle swarm optimization is *** Hu-Shen 300 stocks as the research object,the improved support vector machine and the original support vector machine are used to construct multi-factor stock selection strategies respectively,and the two strategies are compared in the back-test *** results show that the multi-factor stock selection strategy of support vector machine based on nearest neighbor method and improved discrete particle swarm optimization has higher annual return than the original svm algorithm,and has good execution effect.

Extended svm algorithms for multilevel trans-Z-source inverter

This paper suggests extended algorithms for multilevel trans-Z-source inverter. These algorithms are based on space vector modulation (svm), which works with high switching frequency and does not generate the mean value of the desired load voltage in every switching interval. In this topology the output voltage is not limited to dc voltage source similar to traditional cascaded multilevel inverter and can be increased with trans-Z-network shoot-through state control. Besides, it is more reliable against short circuit, and due to several number of dc sources in each phase of this topology, it is possible to use it in hybrid renewable energy. Proposed svm algorithms include the following: Combined modulation algorithm (SVPWM) and shoot-through implementation in dwell times of voltage vectors algorithm. These algorithms are compared from viewpoint of simplicity, accuracy, number of switching, and THD. Simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the expected representations. Semantic analysis is very important and very helpful for many researches and many applications for a long time. svm is a famous algorithm which is used in the researches and applications in many different fields. In this study, we propose a new model using a svm algorithm with Hadoop Map (M)/Reduce (R) for English document-level emotional classification in the Cloudera parallel network environment. Cloudera is also a distributed system. Our English testing data set has 25,000 English documents, including 12,500 English positive reviews and 12,500 English negative reviews. Our English training data set has 90,000 English sentences, including 45,000 English positive sentences and 45,000 English negative sentences. Our new model is tested on the English testing data set and we achieve 63.7% accuracy of sentiment classification on this English testing data set.

On the frontier of Image Processing, researchers are encountering the challenge of effectively retrieving and using the information contained in the image. As per the prevailing research after the feature extraction of the relevant properties of a high-level image, the resulting image does not add too many features, When operating directly on the image, because of the high Witte sexual performance data are relatively poor, resulting in the traditional classification method does not apply. So this paper uses support vector machine (svm) image classification techniques which can overcome this defect. This paper makes the use of Dense SIFT algorithm to obtain image feature and then build Bag of words model. Subsequently establishing training dictionary database and finally, the test set of images svm classification test. Experimental results show that the use of svm classification accuracy of image retrieval technology enables greatly increased.

With the progress of the network and technology, the perfect combination of mobile intelligent terminal and internet, people are increasingly dependent on intelligent terminals. So, it was very necessary of a model for assessing the security performance of mobile intelligent terminals, especially to establish the objective model of the security performance of mobile intelligent terminal. In this paper, we propose a model that classification intelligent terminal security risk based on svm algorithm, and it can achieve the classification of mobile intelligent terminal security level objectivity and accurately. Such that users have an intuitive understanding for the intelligent mobile terminal security, by which the security needs can be met.

Harmonic Spectrum Analysis of the Output Voltage and Grid-Side Filter Design for Three-Level Voltage-Source Converters

Because of the complex arithmetic computation of the traditional three-level space vector modulation (svm), its hardware implementation is difficult to achieve. Moreover, the normal approach of acquiring the output voltage harmonic is sensitive to the simulation step, measurement accuracy, system noise, etc. This paper proposes a new method for analyzing the voltage harmonic spectrum of the three-level converter. Furthermore, the minimum value of the inductance of the grid-side filters is designed on this basis. First, the formulas of the duty cycle and the modulation waveform of the three-level svm algorithm are easily derived using some simple linear calculations under the 120 degrees coordinate. Then, considering the characteristics of the digital circuits, the harmonic components of the output voltage are calculated using Fourier analysis. Third, a precise analytical design of the minimum inductance value of grid-connected converters with LCL and L input filters is presented. Prediction and control of Hopf bifurcation in a large-scale PV grid-connected system based on an optimised support vector machine

The unstable Hopf bifurcation (UHB) of a power system generally precedes the saddle-node bifurcation, so the UHB point can be the system critical point of voltage collapse. However, after the large-scale photovoltaic (PV) power station is connected to the system, the fluctuation characteristic of PV output can lead to the change of UHB point position and the evaluation process of system voltage stability is also affected. Therefore, according to the feature that the UHB point has the minimum value of hopf bifurcation index (HBI) index, a method for predicting the equilibrium HBI value is proposed based on an optimised support vector machine (svm) algorithm (including particle swarm optimisation svm and genetic algorithm optimisation svm). Once the HBI prediction value of the current operating point (the equilibrium point) is less than or equal to the preset HBI alert value, it is possible to take an emergency load-shedding measure to remove a small amount of load, and the position of UHB point under maximum PV output is used to set the amount of load-shedding, so the oscillatory collapse of the load bus voltage caused by a sudden increase of PV output or load fluctuation can be avoided. Taking a large-scale PV power station access to the classic three-node system as an example, the prediction and control method is verified. Simulation result shows that the method is simple and practical, as well as suitable for on-line prediction and control of UHB point in a PV grid-connected system, which is able to improve the prevention and emergency control capability of the system voltage stability.
