In this paper, in order to solve the problem of intelligent test paper, the author puts forward the improvement on chromosome coding, mutation algorithm and genetic operators of geneticalgorithm after the study of geneticalgorithm in theory and then proposes a multi-objective function optimization algorithm. By experimental simulation, it is concluded that, compared with the ordinary geneticalgorithm, the average fitness value of the improvedalgorithm has increased, moreover the average number of iterations and the time consumption has reduced. What's more, when the improvedalgorithm is applied to the enterprise appraisal, it is proved by experiments that the advantage of low repetition rate to realize the intelligent test paper, the success rate of test paper is 100%, and the repetition rate is 0.9%. Thus the superiority of the improvedalgorithm is reflected very well.

Due to the disadvantages of economic scale and industry status, the purchase order of a small and medium enterprise (SME) cannot often reach the minimum order quantity set by a strong supplier, and it is difficult for an SME to make vertical purchase cooperation with strong suppliers. Therefore, a joint procurement model is proposed in the horizontal cooperation among SMEs. The model considers multiple objective and multiple realistic constraints. To solve the proposed multi-objective model, the improved genetic algorithm is designed to determine the optimal purchased quantity in SMEs. Finally, a numerical experiment is conducted to validate the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm. As the results illustrated, the joint procurement model and the improved genetic algorithm are efficient for SMEs under the weak procurement environment. The gaps among the optimal Pareto solutions are relatively small in contrast to the initial solution. Besides, a sensitivity analysis is also performed to prove that the algorithm is effectively solving the real-world joint procurement problem.

Aiming at the layout optimization of the steel structure machining workshop in modern ship manufacturing industry, a digital optimum solution is proposed. First optimize the production flow and enterprise resources and build the 3D visual parametric model. Second using optimization algorithm build the optimum layout model. Third apply estimation method on the optimum model. As for the initial layout plan, build the layout optimum model using the improved genetic algorithm, and find out the minimization solution of the optimum. Therefore, it is a key issue for the enterprise how to select maintenance staff efficiently. As to the issue, it is established a single target path optimization mathematical model of the maintenance personnel, in the coordinates for breakdown maintenance of Beilin52 location, based on analyzing the drawback of the geneticalgorithm, by judging the individual similarity, to increase the diversity of population. Finally, the results of traditional geneticalgorithm and improvedgeneticalgorithm are compared, greatly improving the speed of convergence to prove the validity of the model and algorithm.

With the rapid development of power electronic technology, power electronic equipments with inverter devices as the main circuit structure are widely used, producing numerous harmonics and having a harmful effect on power grids and electricity equipments.
