This paper proposes a diagnosis scheme for detection of position and speed of high-speed trains. The time-frequency analysis carries on the noise reduction processing to the initial signal. Improved fast Fourier transform is used to extract the characteristics of fiber vibration signal. In the part of data processing, the train track is trained by the algorithm of vibration band search, judgment and correction. The data fitting method is used to predict the track of the train with too much disturbance. A data-driven method is used to set the adaptive threshold to deal with the nonlinear problem of optical fiber signals. The simulation part verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.

In the field of continuous hand-gesture trajectory recognition, aiming at the problems of existing a lot of noise for handwriting trajectories, and difficult to segment multiple continuous hand gestures accurately, a long short-term memory-based dynamic probability (DP-LSTM) method is proposed. Firstly, obtain the classification result for each sub-period in the whole time period by using LSTM;secondly, cluster the classification results by non-maximum suppression for trajectory algorithm to eliminate interference of invalid subsets;Finally, the end point of the valid trajectory is obtained according to the characteristics of the probability change, thus realising dynamic trajectory segmentation and recognition. In order to evaluate the performance of the DP-LSTM, this method is evaluated by using an Arabic numerals gesture database. The experiments show that the DP-LSTM has a high recognition rate for continuous hand gestures and can recognise its in real time.

The emergency pipeline repair technology is crucial to the maintenance and safety of pipelines under the emergency condition. In the offshore industry, the marine spherical isolation plug, a novel active plug device, is a significant emergency repair equipment of the hot tapping and line stop operation. In this article, the structure scheme and operation process of the marine spherical isolation plug are designed. A mathematic model is extracted from the proposed structure, and then the coordinates of the center of the spherical plug head is calculated using the D-H method. The displacements of the inserting hydraulic cylinder and the rotation hydraulic cylinder are investigated to provide the remote control data for the upper computer controller during the torsion process of the plug head. Moreover, a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) synchronous control method simulated by MATLAB is presented to reduce the rotation error of the plug head. To discuss the control strategy, a numerical model using ADAMS software is built. The results show that the error of the PID synchronous control method is more precise than that of the signal step-by-step control method;the number of steps of 90 is recommended in the actual operation. This article will provide theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the marine spherical isolation plug system.

Marine spherical double plugging is a novel plugging device, which can achieve the initiative plugging in the oil and gas pipeline. In order to ensure that the plugging head will not collide with the pipeline wall and not be scratched by the drill cuttings, the analysis of twisting process is necessary to assure reliable operation. In this article, we designed the overall scheme of marine spherical double plugging and established the mathematic model of spherical double plugging. Through studying the twisting algorithm of plugging head and trajectory algorithm of plugging head contour, four dangerous points were obtained. The multi-body dynamic of the structure was built using ADAMS, and the twisting process and motion analysis of four points were analyzed. The twisting error of the plugging head between the four points and the inner wall of the pipeline was analyzed in overshoot states to obtain the maximum allowable overshoot of inserting hydraulic cylinder and twisting hydraulic cylinder. Simulation results show that overshoot of inserting hydraulic cylinder needs to be controlled within 11.5mm and overshoot of twisting hydraulic cylinder needs to be controlled within 5.3mm to avoid the unpredictable danger. This article will provide theoretical and technical support for the optimization design of control system and the plugging head.
