People have successfully applied complex network theory to many cross-cutting fields, including social network construction, route planning, and association information mining. For complex networks, the visualization of network topology is one of the main ways to express and convey information. With the help of visualization techniques, users can visually and intuitively perceive the objects and inter-object relationships expressed by the network. However, many complex network visualization algorithms often ignore the user's intuitive cognitive needs for complex networks, making the final generated network visualization results suffer from path intersection and node overlap. This paper proposes a visualization optimization algorithm based on the simulated annealing algorithm oriented to the mainstream force layout algorithm to optimize and design a reasonable optimization function. It adjusts the structures that are unfavorable to visual cognition and improves the cognitive efficiency of users in the visualization of network topology. The author expects that the research in this paper will be helpful for the optimization of network topology visualization algorithms for complex networks and their applications.

Optimal control of air conditioning system based on data mining from sensor data collection to visualization algorithms is studied in the paper. Firstly, this research study combines the methods of core spatial fusion and spatio-temporal cooperative evaluation to realize the adaptive optimization control in the process of wireless sensor network routing detection, and use the grey correlation prediction method to analyze the autocorrelation feature allocation set of the core wireless sensor network routing transmission. Wireless sensor network is a new generation of sensor network, its development and application will bring far-reaching influence to all fields of human life and production. Detecting remote signals and realizing network tracking is the inevitable trend of the development of electrical detection technology, and the effective implementation of this technology needs to use computers and databases and hence the visualization algorithms are applied into the system and further the application scenarios will be selected as the control of air conditioning system. After the verifying test, the performance of the model is validated.

This paper presents a one line diagram generation algorithm capable of drawing multiple feeders supplied by a single (electric power) distribution substation. First the substation area is represented with a mathematical graph. A combination of iterative and recursive methods are applied to draw that graph. There are two iterative steps: the whole graph is partitioned into feeders and the main branch of each feeder is further partitioned into subgraphs of one or more vertices around the vertices corresponding to the nodes of the main branch. There is one recursive step, namely each feeder might contain non-trivial, lateral branches which are recursively drawn with the same algorithm. The algorithm automatically arranges multiple feeders around the supply substation. The drawn direction of each feeder can be different, either left, right, up or down. The algorithm was tested on multiple distribution substation areas exported from three different real life (European) distribution network models. It produced visually pleasing diagrams even for graphs with more than 1000 vertices. Each auto-generated diagram was assessed with a diagram assessment formula specifically developed by the authors for measuring the quality of the generated one line diagrams.

Visual analytics aims to be scalable in several aspects, one of which is being able to handle large data volumes in an interactive system. This can be achieved by designing efficient analysis and visualization algorithms that ensure short response times to user interactions or by providing appropriate hardware. With increasing data sizes, however, an analyst will eventually have to wait for the completion of computations or renderings. For these cases, we present a framework which remains responsive and keeps the analyst informed on and in control of pending operations. Our implementation builds on performing complex analysis and rendering tasks in the background, providing progress indications, displaying preliminary results, and allowing changes to task elements while continuing to evaluate others. We demonstrate the advantages of our approach for huge data sets by analyzing a real-world public transportation vehicle data set.
