Changes in the safety and edible quality of stir-fried chicken packaged using coated tinplate bowls during open-fire reheating: Experimental and visualization modeling

Due to limitations in packaging materials and unclear heat and mass transfer mechanisms, ready-to-eat meat products encounter safety and quality challenges during reheating. This study combined experimental and simulation calculations to investigate changes in safety, texture, water status, and flavor profile of stir-fried chicken breast meat in coated tinplate bowls during open-fire reheating (0-6 min). The migration of heavy metal elements from the coated tinplate bowls remained within safe limits after 6 min. Open-fire reheating caused slight damage to the polypropylene film's thermal stability and crystal structure. The stir-fried chicken breast meat exhibited the lowest hardness (5.43 N) and chewiness (1226.13 N) after 5 min, while the lowest springiness value (0.46 mm) was observed at 6 min, coinciding with peak volatile organic compound concentrations. Increased heat penetration during the later stages (4-6 min) accelerated water migration, significantly increasing free water content (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the "Stir-fried chicken breast meat-coated tinplate bowl" visualization model effectively validated the temperature and water status of stir-fried chicken breast meat during reheating. Overall, this integrated approach provides valuable insights into the quality changes of readyto-eat meat products packaged using coated tinplate bowls during open-fire reheating.

Focusing on the need for establishing a more complete and implementable aviation emergency rescue (AER) system, the study on system architecture and visualization modeling of AER was carried out. Based on systems engineering, AER system architecture contains four stages including disaster prevention and early warning stage, disaster preparation stage, emergency response stage, recovery and reconstruction stage, and corresponding six nodes including prevention and preparation node, command and control node, reconnaissance and surveillance (S&R) node, scheduling planning node, search node, and rescue node. The AER system visualization model comprises operational viewpoint (OV) DoDAF-described models and capability viewpoint (CV) DoDAF-described models of the system architecture. The OV DoDAF-described models describe the high-level operational concept, operational elements, mission and resource flow exchanges, etc. The CV DoDAF-described models capture the capability taxonomy and complex relationships. The visualization model provides reference and guidance for AER system architecture design and is suitable for the visual description of complex systems engineering architecture for emergencies.

This paper presents a visualization modeling method of road 3D model for traffic simulation and driving simulation. With this method, the semi-automatic design of the road longitudinal curve can be realized, and the linearity test can be completed automatically according to the road design theory. The building block method has been used in this method to store the linear data of the road. Based on the constrained Delaunay triangulation theory, the automatic construction of the road 3D model and matching with the terrain model is realized. This paper introduces the main algorithms and data structure used in this method, and implements a 3D visualization modeling tool by using Qt, OSG and other software.

Airborne laser scanning (ALS) is an active remote sensing technique that can provide 3D information about the scene. Over the last few years, ALS has proved its capability of rapid acquisition of accurate topographic data. With the advantages of high accuracy, ALS data has become an accepted data source for highly automated acquisition of digital surface models (DSM) as well as for the generation of digital elevation models (DEM) which have been used in many applications such as civic planning, military navigation and natural hazard risk assessment. To utilize the 3D data provided by the ALS systems however, efficient methods for data processing and model construction needs to be developed. In this paper some recent technique on analysis and visualization modelling of ALS data will be presented. After the brief presentation of the ALS system, the computation of ALS data is introduced. The data processing chain for producing DSM is outlined. A data filtering method is proposed for generating DEM. A 3D visualization modelling study on ground scene is carried out and the framework of establishing visualization of DSM and DEM using ALS data is brought as well.

The issue of multiple views coordination became more and more challenging in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field since the apparition and the increasing success of 4D/nD CAD. In order to adapt visualization to user's business requirements in 4D-supported collaborative tools, this paper propose a method to design coordinated multiple views based on Model-Driven Engineering (MDE). The method enables user's visualization needs description, visualization modes comparison. The aim is to choose appropriate visualization modes business needs, to associate interaction principles and coordination mechanisms in order to compose coordinated multiple views adapted to actor's business needs. The paper presents a case study based on literature review and interviews with construction sector practitioners.

Appling visualization modeling technique, builds organization model, resource model and process model, defines the relationship among them, and presents the whole business. According to the connection rules in or among models, the paper also advances the methods to check integrity of models and simulate the business process for insuring the correctness, and to resolve the problem of normalization and accuracy, especially the problem of description for inter-section business. visualization Modelling has been recognized as a vital technology of virtual Maintenance System. The object modeling and scene graph was used to present and construct virtual maintenance environment. Using Object Oriented principles and vivid virtual maintenance environment modeling technique, it analyzed and modeled the objects in virtual environment with emphasis on body, group and constraint. Definitions and characters of body, group and constraint were discussed in detail. Then based on graph theory, it presented a scene graph. The scene graph consists of the organization graph, space topology graph and object constraint net graph of the virtual maintenance system. The relationship and structure of them was discussed. It is concluded the method could describe and organize large-scale dynamic virtual environment effectively.

This paper proposes a conceptual model called compound brushing for modeling the brushing techniques used in dynamic data visualization. In this approach, brushing techniques are modeled as higraphs with five types of basic entities: data, selection, device, renderer, and transformation. A simulation method is introduced to test laser *** the target and background characteristics are analysed aim at certain laser proximity detector,the simulation algorithm of the detected target and background characteristics is *** accomplish the mathematic modeling,3D visualization modeling and the target engagement modeling of the *** simulation interface and program flow chart are designed tentatively.A graphics software platform of simulation based on OpenGL is created under Visual C++ 6.0 development workspace to realize visualization simulation and show the relationship between engagement status and output *** and simulation algorithm mentioned in this article is proved feasible by simulation experiment and to be an effective method to estimate the performance of laser detector.
