Physics-informed spatial-temporal discrete sequence learning networks have great potential in solving partial differential equations and time series prediction compared to traditional fully connected PINN algorithms, and can serve as the foundation for data-driven sequence prediction modeling and inverse problem analysis. However, such existing models are unable to deal with inverse problem scenarios in which the parameters of the physical process are time-varying and unknown, while usually failing to make predictions in continuous time. In this paper, we propose a continuous time series prediction algorithm constructed by the physics-informed graph neural ordinary differential equation (PGNODE). Proposed parameterized GNODE-GRU and physics-informed loss constraints are used to explicitly characterize and solve unknown time-varying hyperparameters. The GNODE solver integrates this physical parameter to predict the sequence value at any time. This paper uses epidemic prediction tasks as a case study, and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the spread of epidemics in the future continuous time.

This work emphasizes the computational and analytical analysis of integral-differential equations, with a particular application in modeling avoidance learning processes. Firstly, we suggest an approach to determine a unique solution to the given model by employing methods from functional analysis and fixed-point theory. We obtain numerical solutions using the approach of Picard iteration and evaluate their stability in the context of minor perturbations. In addition, we explore the practical application of these techniques by providing two examples that highlight the thorough analysis of behavioral responses using numerical approximations. In the end, we examine the efficacy of our suggested ordinary differential equations (ODEs) for studying the avoidance learning behavior of animals. Furthermore, we investigate the convergence and error analysis of the proposed ODEs using multiple numerical techniques. This integration of theoretical and practical analysis enhances the domain of applied mathematics by providing important insights for behavioral science research.

As in all production sectors, it is important to meet customer demands in a timely and accurate manner in the kitchen industry. This study is one of the rare studies that encourage the use of ERP system-based kitchen products, especially SAP, according to customer demands. In our study, a system that re-evaluates the customer communication approach for a company engaged in industrial production, covering the process from the sale of the product to the end user and the technical service process after the product sale, was discussed. Thanks to this system, the company will be able to deliver and sell the spare parts it owns or produces to service managers. At the same time, they will be able to report all commercial transactions in the system, create financial records and store them digitally in their own records. Our system works integrated with Google maps in order to reach the customer in a timely and cost-effective manner during spare parts supply processes. The system we will design;It includes call center application, spare parts application. The system generally consists of two parts: Front End and Back End. In our study, accuracy criteria were used to evaluate the performance of the system. Thanks to this system, product delivery times are shortened and customer satisfaction increases. Making some changes to the system we recommend will help many organizations in other sectors to improve their ERP systems and effectively prevent the problems encountered.
