Boring is also known as internal turning operation. Which is used to increases the internal diameter of the hole. Boring or internal turning operation is very critical manufacturing process. Which create surface roughness;vibration, noise, and tool wear related problems. In the boring operation of machining vibration is very critical problem In this work, boring tool with viscoelastic material such as Polytetratluoroethylene (PTFE), Poly vinyl Chloride (Polyurethane) [PVC (Pu)], and Butyl rubber is mounted on boring tool as nut and bush arrangement. Boring operation was performed on EN8 material work piece with and without viscoelastic material damper on CNC machine. Taguchi optimization technique applied to determine the optimum boring parameters: spindle speed, feed rate, and depth of cut. Experimental results are appraised as surface roughness. PTFE gives better result as compare to other viscoelastic material PVC and Rubber. The surface roughness value decreases due to installation of PTFE damper on boring tool.

Skin diseases have been increased in the recent decades and if detected earlier, can be treated effectively. Segmentation of affected skin lesion using dermoscopy or dermatoscopic images for cancer diagnosis has received attention from the community of image processing. This research work proposed a simple yet effective method in Dermoscopy image segmentation for the affected skin lesion. In order to remove undesirable pixels for better segmentation of images, blind deconvolution (BD) is used. After applying BD, the resultant RGB image is transformed into L*a*b colour channel. The 'a' channel from L*a*b is extracted as a feature value for the segmentation of the affected region. In order to yield better segmented skin lesion from the 'a' channel image, Otsu's thresholding with Morphology is used as a post-processing technique. A series of experimental results achieved an accuracy of 95% using 150 dermoscopy images.

Existing consensus protocols for synchronous distributed systems concentrate on the lower bound on the number of rounds required for achieving consensus. This paper proposes an approach to reduce the message complexity of some uniform consensus protocols significantly while achieving the same lower bound in which for any t-resilient consensus protocol only t + 1 processes engaging in sending messages in each round.
