Observed delay times for high power microwave surface flashover are influenced significantly by the presence of a DC electric field. The experimental setup to investigate theses influences is comprised of an S-band magnetron operating at 2.85 GHz with a pulse rise time shortening switch assembly that produces a 50 ns rise time at a similar to 2.5 MW power level. A wire electrode charged to +/- 20 kV is inserted into the dielectric interface perpendicular to the electric field of the TE10 mode to provide a DC electric field in the flashover region. Tests have been conducted in pure N-2 at 125 ton in order to provide an environment composed of primarily electrons and positive ions. The average measured delay of window flashover with a DC field pointing into the dielectric has been observed to increase by similar to 50%. Additionally, effective emission rates of seed electrons initiating breakdown have shown a decrease from 14 e/mu s to 2 e/mu s, indicating the removal of charged species from the high microwave field region due to charge drift in the applied DC field. An overview of the experimental setup is given along with a statistical analysis of delay times measured in Air as well as N-2. The open question of where seed electrons originate from and the quantification of the primary processes involved will be addressed.

Government agencies in Malaysia rely heavily on computers as tools or enablers for effective and efficient public service delivery. In tandem with the increase in computer usage, Malaysia's 2012 Budget tabled a significantly surge in ICT expenses. Doubtlessly, online public services are crucial to a country's socio-economic development as this offsets other important criteria to catapult the country's growth and wellbeing toward Vision 2020. As a consequence, each government agency has formalized their annual ICT allocations including outsourcing services and state-of-the art peripherals that they are unable to cater to. Thus, this study is significant in providing the empirical evidence for ICT usage by assessing the feasibility of outsourcing an agency's e-government services. Also, the findings from the qualitative inquiries and analyses would provide the evidence in outsourcing, particularly for e-government services. This is to ensure that the e-service delivery is as effective and efficient as other non-outsourced online services. Therefore, the agency chosen for this case study research project is the Malaysia Department of Insolvency (MdI). In MdI's quest to be at par excellence with other federal agencies, ensuring the accuracy, relevancy and timeliness of the department's core responsibilities are of top priority. Of particular contemporary interest are issues on bankruptcy where there have been calls to review the Bankruptcy Act 1967 in order to allow bankrupts to apply to be discharged from bankruptcy after three years. A novel design of reconfigurable antenna for GPS application is presented in this research. This project proposed a circular disc-shape antenna with beam steering radiation pattern. The antenna is designed by a coaxial probe technique which allow current flow to the center of the antenna. Then, the incident distributed to the surrounding fan ring parasitic via bridges. Three PIN diode switches have been implemented to the proposed antenna design. It is discovered that the switching element is capable to control the beam pattern to achieve a different main lobe angle at the specified location. The proposed antenna achieved to generate beam steering angle of 26°, 176° and 348° with a maximum directivity of 1.948 dB and a gain of 1.456 dB. The reconfigurable antenna which attaches to the Rogers RT5880 with dielectric constant of (2.2) has a 63 mm square dimension. Which all the compensations, the proposed antenna is suitable to be implemented in GPS application.

In this paper, the influence of microwave pulse parameters on the burnout effect of a low noise amplifier (LNA) constructed by a GaAs PHEMT is analyzed. Through burnout mechanism analysis and simulation verification, the vulnerable spot for the GaAs PHEMT in the studied LNA is below the gate and near the source. The influences of the pulse width, the pulse repetition frequency (PRF) and the pulse number are analyzed by simulations. The results show that for a single-shot microwave pulse, increasing the pulse width can reduce the burnout power threshold; for a repetitive microwave pulse, increasing the pulse width, the PRF and the pulse number all can reduce the burnout power threshold when other conditions remain unchanged.
研究目的:近年来我国体育产业快速发展,在政策利好、全民健身意识提升等因素共同作用下,国内体育用品行业市场需求旺盛,我国跻身全球最主要的体育用品消费市场。耐克作为国际体育用品品牌的典型代表,自上世纪80年代进入中国市场以来,在我国体育用品市场中长期占据领先地位,市场占有率压制众多国内外运动品牌。回顾耐克在中国四十余年的发展历程,其在我国体育市场迅速扩张的同时,屡次发生重大公共关系危机事件,让我国体育市场的企业公关危机问题成为大众关注焦点。本文立足于国内体育市场的规范和长远发展,重点从社会责任视角出发对耐克在华公关危机问题进行研究。研究方法:首先利用文献资料法查阅中国知网、Web Of Science、中国重要报纸全文数据库等网络数据库,对企业公共关系危机、企业社会责任的概念内涵进行界定,收集和梳理2000年以来被中国媒体广泛报道的耐克公司公关危机事件,对耐克在华公关危机的表现形态和危机类型进行分析归纳,讨论企业在中国市场的公关危机问题;其次运用案例分析法,从社会责任视角对耐克在中国市场的公关危机案例展开分析,结合耐克公司在公关危机过程及处理期的行为表现,分析其在中国市场的企业社会责任履行模式,并进一步探讨耐克公关危机带来的影响;最后分析总结耐克公关危机的经验教训,为企业在国内体育市场开展公共关系提出建议。研究结果:(1)2000-2022年期间耐克在华共发生6起重大公关危机事件,依次为2000年不合格球衫召回风波、2004年《恐惧斗室》广告风波、2012年贿赂风波、2012年第一次"气垫门"事件、2017年第二次"气垫门"事件及2021年抵制"新疆棉"事件。耐克公关危机的表现形态主要包括实行双重标准、虚假宣传、产品质量安全、贿赂、不尊重中国文化及发布不实言论等,具体涉及经营管理危机、信誉危机、法律危机和决策危机四种类型,其中以信誉危机和法律危机为主,经营管理危机和决策危机次之。(2)企业社会责任作为企业公共关系实践的基础,二者相辅相成,耐克在华发生的6次重大公关危机事件本质上都归属于道德责任和法律责任危机,不同程度反映出了耐克公司对中国体育市场消费者和社会的责任缺失。(3)根据企业社会责任评判的五个关键维度,从专属性维度看,耐克在危机事件中履行社会责任主要目的是为了缓和与公众的紧张关系,保障自身财务目标顺利实现,未体现社会责任的专属性;从中心性维度看,耐克履行社会责任与其公司战略任务不相关,未将社会责任与公司战略相融合,表现出低中心度;从可见性维度看,耐克的社会责任回应行为被国内利益相关者感知的程度不高,其社会责任履行既未提升企业形象也未获得公众认可,可见度低,整体与反应型企业社会责任的特征相吻合,得出耐克在中国市场的社会责任履行以反应型为主。(4)耐克在中国体育市场采取反应型企业社会责任受内部动机与外部压力的共同驱动,企业内部的逐利本性和外部环境、利益相关者约束的缺位是耐克公司在中国市场采取反应型社会责任的根本原因。(5)耐克在华公关危机的影响主要体现在两方面,一方面,公关危机损害了耐克自身的品牌声誉和经营绩效,耐克在中国体育市场口碑遭受重创,市场表现低迷;另一方面,耐克公关危机为国内体育品牌崛起创造了机遇,国内消费者对本土体育企业信心升温使国产品牌销量暴增,由耐克、阿迪长期主导的国内体育用品行业格局面临挑战。研究结论:1)遵守法律和道德责任约束是体育企业在我国市场开展公共关系的前提。许多大型企业在国际化经营过程中,为满足自身的逐利需求,在东道国仅履行最低限度的法律要求,缺乏更高的社会责任承诺,汲取耐克在我国公关危机的经验教训,企业经营必须自觉遵守东道国市场的法律责任和道德责任约束。2)注重基于事实的双向沟通是企业在我国体育市场建立良好公共关系的保障。企业的任何公关活动只有以事实为依据才具备说服力,在此基础上积极双向沟通,才能获取公众信任、与公众建立良好的公共关系。3)立足我国体育市场的长远发展,加快企业社会责任模式由反应型向战略型转变。反应型履责模式不可避免地导致企业在公共关系中的被动滞后,战略型社会责任对企业的作用虽难以立竿见影,却会在长期发展过程中持续影响。企业经营只有超越短期利益最大化,将社会责任与企业发展深度结合,才能实现自身生存和长远发展,达成企业发展和社会利益的双赢。由被动的反应型企业社会责任战略转变为主动的战略型企业社会责任战略,也是我国体育市场企业发展的未来趋势。

Lung cancer diagnosis and treatment in its early stages still require new techniques. Recent advancements in genetics, computational biology, and other technologies provide an opportunity to better understand the immunological landscape associated with early-stage lung carcinogenesis and the mechanism of lung cancer evolution. This review focuses on immunoediting and discusses new research on immunological alterations and biomarkers in pulmonary premalignancy and early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. By concentrating on developing innovative techniques for intercepting cancer before it advances to later stages, researchers have the potential to revolutionize lung cancer therapy and significantly improve clinical outcomes. The use of an Ensemble of Classifiers with a Convolution Neural Network could further enhance this approach.
