This Multi-agent collaborative perception is a hot topic in the current field of machine learning. Through communication and sharing of perceived scene information between agents, this approach can tackle issues such as occlusion and sparse observations present in single-agent observations. Existing studies have shown that localization errors are a significant factor affecting the accuracy of perception results. Furthermore, most prior work has focused solely on the performance of algorithms in individual tasks without considering multi-task scenarios. In this paper, a multitask collaborative perception method based on consensus perception is proposed. It integrates local perception information from each intelligent agent to form a global perception consensus, which is then used to correct the spatial feature maps of the agents, alleviating the impact of localization errors on perception results. Additionally, the use of a feature selection module based on spatial confidence maps and a multi-scale attention feature fusion module optimizes the performance of the collaborative perception process. By setting up multiple decoders in parallel, a single model is able to handle diverse tasks. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed consensus-based collaborative perception method effectively mitigates the negative impact of localization errors on perception performance, and the algorithm can achieve good perception results across multiple tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

The aim of this work is to examine the application of FHE-SMPC as a viable security model for protecting the tenant isolation in multi-tenant cloud model. In multi-tenant environments, where various customers use the same cloud system, controlling the data leakage and protecting privacy is a major issue. Actual safeguards fail to meet the needs of data protection during processing, therefore, the introduction of highly elaborate encryption processes must happen. This research work focuses on the use of FHE technique and SMPC such that data can undergo processing while the plaintext remains unknown to any party. A kind of approach is based on the acquisition of synthetic and real data sets, system-level architecture, and cryptographic algorithms using open-source libraries with cloud service providers. The results of such implementation indicate that despite the fact that the FHE-SMPC system has a considerable computational overhead in comparison with classical schemes it is very secure and protected against different types of cryptographic attacks. The problem of scalability is still an open issue, but the complex is quite efficient with various data types that is why it can be used in various cloud applications. This paper offers a pertinent solution for security of data that is housed in multitenant environment and will go along way in creating fertile ground for research and innovation in secure clouding. © 2024 IEEE.

Hypergraphs provide a superior modeling frame-work for representing complex multidimensional relationships in the context of real-world interactions that often occur in groups, overcoming the limitations of traditional homogeneous graphs. However, there have been few studies on hypergraph-based contrastive learning, and existing graph-based contrastive learning methods have not been able to fully exploit the high-order correlation information in hypergraphs. Here, we propose a Hypergraph Fine-grained contrastive learning (HyFi) method designed to exploit the complex high-dimensional information inherent in hypergraphs. While avoiding traditional graph augmentation methods that corrupt the hypergraph topology, the proposed method provides a simple and efficient learning augmentation function by adding noise to node features. Furthermore, we expands beyond the traditional dichotomous relationship between positive and negative samples in contrastive learning by introducing a new relationship of weak positives. It demonstrates the importance of fine-graining positive samples in contrastive learning. Therefore, HyFi is able to produce high-quality embeddings, and outperforms both supervised and unsupervised baselines in average rank on node classification across 10 datasets. Our approach effectively exploits high-dimensional hypergraph information, shows significant improvement over existing graph-based contrastive learning methods, and is efficient in terms of training speed and GPU memory cost. With a steady increase in the adoption of cloud storage systems, the client's data are at risk of being leaked. There are several methods of encrypting data which are quite useful but they lack some of the features of today's sophisticated threats. The methodology used in this research propose an encryption framework known as Obfuscrypt to improve the issues of data privacy as well as confidentiality of data stored in cloud storage systems. Obfuscrypt uses conventional encryption strategies incorporated with obfuscation and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms to provide a complex security plan immune to classic and quantum approaches. Some of the proposed other innovations include the decentralised key management with multi-factor authentication and RBAC-ABE as the fine-grained access control techniques. These features make it possible for only the authorized personnel to be in a position to be in a position of decrypting and retrieving the stored data thereby minimizing the possibility of the data being accessed by unauthorized people. The work also considers the issue of performance efficiency of the cloud storage systems. Similar to other symmetric encryption programs, Obfuscrypt uses light encryption algorithms and brings in to play the hardware acceleration so that it may infuse lesser computational overhead in the process of encryption and decryption. As can be clearly seen from the results, the actual work proves that the proposed framework not only offers a higher level of security but does not affect the system performance to a great extent. Also, the study addresses the post-quantum cryptographic algorithm for making the system resistant to an attack that can be posed by quantum computing systems. With the help of these improved algorithms, Obfuscrypt guarantees the permanent data security in the world of constantly emerging cyber threats. © 2024 IEEE.

The studies in this research are focused on the mix of homomorphic encryption mechanisms and the Cuckoo Search Optimization Algorithm to promote the security of the healthcare data in the cloud computing system. I have observed that cloud solutions are now at the center of the contemporary health care systems, and security of patient's data remains a top priority. Earlier used encryption techniques, though secure if implemented, have problems in the way that data is to be processed first it has to be decrypted and then made ready for use - it is in this phase that data can be easily hacked into. Homomorphic encryption provides solution to this issue since it enables one to perform computations on encrypted data while maintaining its confidentiality. However, it takes a lot of computation which presents a lot of problems even in terms of simple performance. The Cuckoo Search Algorithm, a new nature-inspired metaheuristic, is incorporated into the encryption process to provide further optimization, whilst preserving the security benefits of the algorithm. The use of the proposed methodology takes place employing Python and its deployment at the cloud platform with elaborated dataset containing anonymized records extracted from electronic health records. The outcome proves that there are great enhancements in encryption and decryption time, computational complexity, and capacity, and thereby making the system appropriate for real-world healthcare solutions. This research offers a strong base for protection of healthcare data in cloud and is useful for the enhancement of adaptive, comprehensive and secure cloud computing systems. © 2024 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) involves complex, interconnected systems and devices that depend on context-sharing platforms for interoperability and information exchange. These platforms are, therefore, critical components of real-world IoT deployments, making their security essential to ensure the resilience and reliability of these "systems of systems." In this paper, we take the first steps toward systematically and comprehensively addressing the security of IoT context-sharing platforms. We propose a framework for threat modelling and security analysis of a generic IoT context-sharing solution, employing the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Through an evaluation of various industry-funded projects and academic research, we identify significant security challenges in the design of IoT context-sharing platforms. Our threat modelling provides an in-depth analysis of the techniques and sub-techniques adversaries may use to exploit these systems, offering valuable insights for future research aimed at developing resilient solutions. Additionally, we have developed an open-source threat analysis tool that incorporates our detailed threat modelling, which can be used to evaluate and enhance the security of existing context-sharing platforms. ©2024 IEEE.

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) is a serious medical condition characterized by the abnormal enlargement of the abdominal aorta. If left untreated, AAA can have life-threatening consequences. Accurate segmentation of the aorta in Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) images plays a vital role in treatment planning for AAA. However, manual and semi-automatic segmentation methods suffer from limitations in terms of time and accuracy. This study presents a deep learning pipeline that aims to fully automate the precise and efficient segmentation of the aorta and its branches within CTA images. A two-step approach is proposed for the segmentation of the aorta and its branches in contrast-enhanced CTA scans. The first step involves utilizing a UNet++ model to perform aortic segmentation across the entire set of CTA axial slices. In the second step, a post processing algorithm is employed to track the continuity of the segmented aorta while effectively discarding false positive (FP) objects. The assessment of the fully automated method revealed remarkable outcomes, with a mean Dice coefficient of 0.941 on a test set consisting of 10 CTA scans. The automated segmentation results are utilized to create a comprehensive 3D model. The study results indicate that the utilization of the proposed deep learning-based pipeline is highly effective in achieving accurate segmentation of the aortic lumen and its branches. The practical implications of this approach extend to pre-operative planning. This highlights the valuable contribution of the proposed method in improving the management and treatment of patients diagnosed with aortic aneurysm. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposes a novel strategy to address the difficulties encountered in Botswana's open-pit mine dewatering procedures. The conventional approach, which relies on labor-intensive manual labor and mechanical switching, is expensive, time-consuming, and present significant safety hazards. To overcome these limitations, this project proposes a multi-sensor network system that automates and optimizes the dewatering process and improve operational efficiency. The system integrates real-time sensor data to monitor fuel consumption and water levels in mining pits, enabling precise pump operation control. The system has two sets of sensors for data collection on fuel levels in the reserve and dewatering pump tank. Water level sensors are also used to monitor the water levels in the tank and turn the pump on or off based on predetermined thresholds. After receiving the sensor data, a microcontroller controls the entire process and shows the fuel levels and consumption on an LCD screen. The system's circuitry was designed and simulated using Proteus software, and the LCD successfully displayed measurements obtained from the sensors. When the sump level surpassed the predetermined threshold, a relay was energized to initiate the motor, thereby pumping out the water. Similarly, the tank level sensor (LV800) detected water levels exceeding 80% capacity, sending a signal to the microcontroller, which, in turn, energized the relay to activate the stage motor. The LCD also displayed readings from the temperature and current sensors. Simulation results indicate that the proposed sensor-based approach effectively monitors the condition of the pumps. At the same time, the microcontroller, in conjunction with the sensors, can adequately control the pump's operation during the dewatering process in the mining pit. This research demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of employing sensors and a microcontroller in managing and controlling dewatering pumps. By automating the

This research aims to explore the use of modern complex defensive machine learning algorithms in the provision of predictive analytics for health improvement. Incorporating electronic health records, medical image information, and genomic data the work proposes and assesses multiple machine learning models including deep learning, ensemble learning, and reinforcement learning. The main findings shown very high performance in disease prediction, in chronic illness and in the application of efficiency improvements in hospitals as a whole. Overall, such threats as data quality, data privacy, and model interpretability have been discussed in the research and emphasize the importance of the machine learning approach in healthcare. It is highlighted that further development and integration of the interdisciplinary approaches as well as the use of the transparent and interpretable artificial intelligence and machine learning models can be urgent to increase the acceptance among the healthcare staff. This paper enhances the literature on applying machine learning in healthcare systems adding to the repertoire of knowledge for improved patient care. © 2024 IEEE.
