(P P P P In order to investigate the effect of acute low salt on the antioxidant indexes of juvenile yellowfin tuna, 72 fish with body length (28.97 ± 2.17) cm and body mass (646.52 ± 66.32) g were randomly put into a 5000 L glass fiber reinforced plastic tank equipped with circulating and filtering seawater system of 29‰ and 34‰ (control group) for 48 h. Samples were taken to test the indexes in the duress period (0, 6, 24, 48 h), respectively. The samples were taken during the stress period (0, 6, 24 and 48 h). The results showed that the activities of LPO, T-AOC, LDH, and CAT were not significantly different from those of the control group after 48 h. The enzyme activity of LPO increased in gill and liver tissues within 24 h (P P P P P P P P P < 0.05). The experimental results showed that acute low salt significantly affected the antioxidant capacity of juvenile yellowfin tuna, but basically recovered to the level of the control group after 48 h of stress, which proved that juvenile yellowfin tuna had a good antioxidant regulation capacity in the face of acute low salt conditions. The results of the study can help to further understand the status of the antioxidant function of yellowfin tuna in the face of acute precipitation conditions during the culture process, so as to improve the artificial culture conditions to provide reasonable data reference.
