Background: With the prevalence of 1∶ 1, 000, 000, combined deficiency of coagulation factor Ⅴ (FV) and factor Ⅷ (FⅧ) (F5F8D) is a rare autosomal recessive bleeding disorder characterized by a reduction in plasma concentrations of FⅤ and FⅧ.Most patients harboring this disease hold low activities of FⅤ and FⅧ between 5% and 30% and manifest mild-to-moderate bleeding tendency.
