泌尿系统肿瘤是威胁男性健康的最常见的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤的发生发展是多种基因参与的细胞增殖与凋亡平衡的过程。Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族(inhibitor of apoptosis proteins,IAP)的成员之一,它的主要功能是抑制细胞凋亡和促进细胞增殖,具有在正常组织中低表达,在恶性肿瘤组织中高表达的特异性。Survivin可作为泌尿系统肿瘤的早期诊断和预后判断指标,也可作为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Nine podophyllum lignans and one flavonol were isolated from the rhizomes of Dysosma tsayuensis Ying. On the basis of physical and chemical data,IR,UV,MS, 1HNMR, 13C NMR spectra, they are identified as deoxypodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅰ),podophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅱ), isopicropodo- phyllone(DT-Ⅲ),dehydropodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅳ),β-peltatin(DT-Ⅴ),diphyllin(DT-Ⅵ), picropodophyllin(DT-Ⅶ),podophyllotoxone(DT-Ⅷ),4’-demethypodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅸ), kaempferol. Podophyllotoxin yields 1 5%.
