为了进一步提升研究生招生考试评价体系的公平性、科学性、有效性,更好地发挥选拔人才的作用,本文综述了当前我国研究生招生考试、考核的普遍情况,并以国内某重点本科高校为例,重点阐述了学校在研究生招生政策方面的原则和策略,同时,提出了当前研究生招考方式存在的不足和改革的方向,文章还以该校的某个工科学院为例,剖析了该学院近年来的招考改革的具体形式和方法,分析了方法改革后的效果与成绩,从而为进一步推动该领域改革与建设提供一点参考和支撑。To further enhance the fairness, scientific rigor, and effectiveness of the graduate admissions evaluation system and to better fulfill its role in talent selection, this paper reviews the current state of graduate admissions and assessments in China. Using a prominent domestic undergraduate institution as a case study, the paper highlights the principles and strategies of the institution’s graduate admissions policies. It also identifies the shortcomings of the current admissions methods and proposes directions for reform. Additionally, the paper analyzes the specific forms and methods of admissions reform undertaken by a particular engineering college within the institution in recent years, evaluates the outcomes and achievements of these reforms, and provides references and support for advancing further reforms and development in this field.
电力电子技术是对电能进行变换及控制的一种现代化技术,是电气自动化技术的理论基础。在新型电力电子器件、前沿技术和新兴应用层出不穷的情况下,为确保教育目标能够与新技术环境下对工程师技能的期望相契合,对“电力电子技术”课程进行教学改革显得尤为迫切。文章着眼于无线充电系统的背景,对课程教学进行改革,通过结合实际工程问题提出具体的改革目标和措施。Power electronics technology is a modern technology for transforming and controlling electrical energy, and is the theoretical foundation of electrical automation technology. With the emergence of new power electronic devices, cutting-edge technologies and novel applications, it is particularly urgent to reform the teaching of the “Power Electronics Technology” course to ensure that the educational objectives are in line with the expectations of engineers’ skills in the new technological environment. This paper focuses on the background of wireless charging systems to reform the teaching of the course and puts forward specific reform objectives and measures by combining practical engineering problems.
