旨在从海南省国营澄迈林场的土壤中筛选出对檀香炭疽病具有较强生防效果的拮抗细菌。采集澄迈林场檀香不同种植区中优良单株的根际土壤,通过稀释平板法从中分离出71株细菌,以檀香炭疽病原菌为靶标菌,通过平板对峙法初筛和发酵液法复筛,获得一株具较强拮抗效果的细菌,编号为TXJ2-6;抗菌谱测定表明,该拮抗菌株对降香黄檀炭疽病、油茶软腐病、油茶叶枯病、油茶根腐病、油茶炭疽病5种病原真菌也具有明显拮抗效果;通过形态学观察、生理生化特性及16S r DNA序列分析,鉴定该拮抗菌株为甲基营养型芽孢杆菌(Bacillus methylotrophicus)。
