A new method for the determination of the electroosmotic mobility was presented in this paper. The "sample zone" itself was used as a marker of the electroosmotic flow. The elution time of the sample zone from the capillary was derived from the position of the electrophoretic current step. Based on it the mobility of electroosmotic flow can be *** results was well in agreement with those of the neutral marker method. Furthermore,the present method was easy to operate and need no additive equipments.

High performance capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection was applied to the study on hydrolysis of adenosine monophosphate(AMP) in this article. Under the optimal conditions of electrophoresis(CTAB 0.2 mmol/L+PBS 50 mmol/L, pH=8.2), the factors affecting the hydrolysis of AMP and mechanism of the hydrolysis were investigated. The results showed that the analytical method introduced was fast, convenient and efficient. [WT5HZ]
