为提高北方刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)池塘的经济效益,我们开展了刺参池塘套养中间球海胆(Strongylocentrotus intermedius)的试验,试验设置养殖密度梯度,并投放大型藻类。结果表明,每公顷投放40万枚规格为~2.1 cm胆苗的生态混养效果最优,此密度下海胆的存活率达90%以上,壳径、湿体重分别达到3.65 cm、13.0 g。由此可知,与传统养殖相比,秋季北方刺参池塘混养中间球海胆能够显著降低饲料和人工控藻的成本投入,明显提升刺参养殖池塘的经济效益和生态价值。In order to improve the economic benefits of Apostichopus japonicus ponds in the north, we conducted an experiment of intercropping Strongylocentrotus intermedius with sea urchins in the sea cucumber ponds. The experiment set up a breeding density gradient and introduced large algae. The results showed that the ecological intercropping effect was optimal when 400,000 gallbladder seedlings with a size of ~2.1 cm were planted per hectare. At this density, the survival rate of sea urchins reached over 90%, and the shell diameter and wet weight reached 3.65 cm and 13.0 g, respectively. From this, it can be seen that compared with traditional aquaculture, the mixed cultivation of intermediate sea urchins in northern sea cucumber ponds in autumn can significantly reduce the cost of feed and artificial algae control, and significantly improve the economic benefits and ecological value of sea cucumber aquaculture ponds.
