A novel DNA photocleaver containing bromoacetophenone-polyamide was synthesized by DCC coupling reaction in the presence of DMAP, and its DNA cleaving activity was investigated by using pBluescript SK DNA by method of gel electrophoresis. The result shows that the photocleaver containing bromoacetophenone-polyamide has a remarkable cleaving activity for pBluescript SK DNA.

It is of great importance to study the catalytic antibody that catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bond. The synthesis of a new kind of antigen(10) containing phosphorus was reported in this paper, which was designed and synthesized according to hippuryl phenylalanine, a substrate of carboxypeptidase A(CPA). To mimic the structure of the substrate, the free C-terminal carboxylic group was remained. However, it was not easy to synthesize the phosphonamide peptide hapten(7) directly, so compound 5 was synthesized firstly, after the catalytic hydrogenolysis it was coupled with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride to get compound(7). The synthesis of antigen and further preparation of antibody will be a good foundation for the activity study of the antibody.

A molecular imprinted polymer of bisphenol A(P BPA) was prepared. The eluting efficiencies of different solvent systems for eliminating the template from the P BPA were investigated. The P BPA showed specific recognition characteristics for molecules with a bisphenolic structure such as bisphenol A, 4,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)valeric acid and phenolphthalein. The possibility to use bisphenol A-imprinted polymer as a solid-phase extraction material was also studied. The best binding buffer was found to be acetonitrile containing 0.05%(volume fraction) of Tween 20, and acetonitrile-ethanol solution containing 0.5%(volume fraction) diethanolamine was found to be the optimal eluting solvent.
