目的:探讨基于归因训练的团体职业咨询对提高大学生职业成熟度的效果。方法:选取职业成熟度发展不良且自愿参与研究的大学生191名[职业成熟度量表(CMS)总分<145分为职业成熟度发展不良者],将其随机分为系统咨询组(n=61)、常规咨询组(n=65)和对照组(n=65),进行为期8周的实验(每周1次,每次120 min)。系统咨询组接受基于归因训练的团体职业心理咨询,常规咨询组接受常规的团体职业心理咨询,对照组不接受任何心理咨询。基线、8周咨询结束和6个月后随访时分别用CM S和多维度-多归因因果量表(M M CS)对3组学生进行评定。结果:185名大学生完成整个研究过程(系统咨询组60名、常规咨询组62名、对照组63名)。基线时,3组CMS和MMCS得分差异均无统计学意义。与基线相比,8周咨询结束和6个月后随访时,系统咨询组和常规咨询组的CMS总分上升,MMCS总分、职业成熟度发展不良者的百分比均下降(均P<0.001),对照组各指标差异均无统计学意义。8周咨询结束和6个月后随访时,系统咨询组的CMS总分均高于常规咨询组,MMCS总分和职业成熟度发展不良者的百分比均低于常规咨询组(均P<0.001)。结论:基于归因训练的团体职业心理咨询和常规的团体职业心理咨询都能提高大学生的职业成熟度,而前者的效果更为明显。

A rapid and simple liquid chromatography method with on-line solid phase extraction was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of cyclophosphamide in rat *** plasma sample was first extracted on an Acclaim? Polar Advantage II C18 guard column(PA II C18,10 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),which was also the on-line Extraction Cartridge SPE column,by washing with 100% H2O for 1 *** extracted sample was then eluted onto a PA II C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and separated by isocratic elution with acetonitrile-water(40:60,v/v).The mobile phase was run at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the UV detector was set at 195 *** time of cyclophosphamide was 4.3 min and the total run-time was 6 *** linear range of the standard curve was from 1.0 to 200 μg/mL(r2 = 0.9999),and the limits of quantification and detection were 1.0 μg/mL(RSD10%,n = 5) and 0.3 μg/mL(RSD13%,n = 5),*** intra-and inter-day variations were less than 5.6%.The developed method can be used for the therapeutic drug monitoring of cyclophosphamide in the clinic.
