The white rust,caused by Puccinia horiana was one of the most important epidemic diseases on Chrysanthemum,and also was a quarantine action pest in the *** determined the teliospores germinating biology of *** : the teliospores were germinated between 4 ℃ and 32 ℃,while the optimum temperature range was 15 ℃ to 24 ℃,especially between 18 ℃ and 21 ℃.Water was necessary for the teliospores *** free water,it couldn’t germinate in 24 h,even with 100 % *** propriety of pH for germination was pH 4 to 6.5, while pH 6 was the most favorite.2 % glucose solution promoted the germination of the teliospores evidently,whereas the fresh juice of chrysanthemum foliages restrained it *** didn’t influence on the germination.
DNA甲基化是真核生物中分布最广也是最重要的表观遗传修饰类型.近年来,DNA甲基化调控动植物生长发育过程的研究引起了人们的广泛关注,关于DNA甲基化在动植物遗传育种领域的研究进展也逐渐被报道.本文通过综述DNA甲基化基本概况、主要检测技术及其在木本植物中的研究进展,进一步探讨了林木DNA甲基化研究的未来发展趋势及主要应对策略,提出了全基因组水平的表观关联分析(epigenome-wide association study,EWAS)、CRISPR/dCas9(deactivated CRISPR-associated protein 9)系统与表观基因组等系统生物学研究方案,为解析林木复杂性状的遗传调控机制及制定分子育种策略提供了新思路.
