This paper delves into the business models of the game industry and examines the business ethics issues, such as game addiction, minor protection, copyright infringement, and market competition, as well as their constraints on the sustainable development of the industry. Simultaneously, this paper emphasizes the role of the game industry in cultural export, including new pathways for the integration of games with traditional culture and the opportunities and challenges in cross-cultural exchanges. Based on this, the paper proposes a series of strategies to strengthen the construction of business ethics in game enterprises, including establishing age certification and anti-addiction mechanisms, enhancing copyright protection, promoting industry self-discipline, and clarifying ethical standards, aiming to promote the healthy development of the game industry and effectively expand cultural export.
