目的:To determine the antiviral activity of rosmarinic acid (RA) by detecting the effect of RA on hepatitis E virus in vitro. The mechanism of the interaction between RA and hepatocytes and virus was studied from the cellular and molecular levels by molecular biology test method.方法:MTT was used to detect the toxic effects of water-soluble RA on HepG2, the titer of hepatitis E virus nucleic acid was quantitatively amplified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. RA had obvious effect on preventing virus infection and inhibiting the proliferation of virus. When the concentration was 200μM, the inhibitory effect was the best.
