This paper constructs an assessment index system for the physical fitness of outstanding female Sanda athletes using the Delphi method and literature review method. Five dimensions, namely, speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility, are established as primary indicators. Nine secondary indicators and fifteen tertiary indicators are selected to build the system. The Z-score method and multiple imputation are employed to handle data outliers and missing values. The combination of entropy weighting and Critic method is used to determine the indicator weights and construct an evaluation model. The study reveals that among the primary indicators, strength and speed have the highest weights of 0.32 and 0.30, respectively. Among the secondary indicators, upper body strength and general speed have the highest weights of 0.23 and 0.19, respectively. Among the tertiary indicators, the weights of left straight punch striking power and 50m sprint are the highest, with values of 0.105 and 0.106, respectively. These specialized analyses for the mentioned indicators enable coaches and athletes to develop scientifically grounded training plans and competition strategies, maximizing athletes' potential and enhancing their performance in various competitions.
